Had the kitchen faucet break yesterday. It was the single lever type and the lever broke where contacting the valve. Star Rooter had replaced a family member's water heater when it broke at a bad time, and they were highly recommended.Wife called and was told they'd be here 2:00-4:00 PM. Julio and his fellow plumber showed up not too long after 2:00 and checked it out quickly. New faucet was needed and we told him we wanted one with separate hot and cold valves for easier valve replacement. He quoted us a good total price. Went and got the faucet, came back and installed. Faucet was installed quickly and works like a charm. Valves can be operated with a pinky finger. Julio and fellow plumber (sorry, didn't get name) were very courteous and professional while doing the job. I highly recommend Star Rooter and Plumbing for whatever plumbing problems you have.

Star Rooter came to our home to perform a rooter service on our main sewer line. Turns out our sewer line had collapsed that caused it to back up. They used a camera as part of their service.
Fred provided a very fair estimate and went about obtaining the necessary permits.
We have to say that Fred, Juan and their crews were always courteous and professional.
As promised, they installed our line in ONE DAY!!
Everything was cleaned up and orderly when they left.
There were no extra charges or hidden costs..

After our home buyers were scammed, Star once again came to the rescue! They are honest, competent and stand behind their work; in this case a lateral sewer that was completed 3 years ago. A competitor told our buyers that the sewer line was blocked!! It was not!!! Buyer beware; we would never use anyone but STAR; they live up to their name across the board!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

I used Star Rooter to do a couple rooters on an old sewer main, then had them do the trenchless while we were getting our driveway replaced. They were on-time, hard-working and worked through some complications with an addition that was built onto the main.

I had this work done in 2019 and have had 0 issues so far.

Our bathtub drain was plugged and called Star Plumbing about 3:00 and told that they would arrive between 5 & 6. We were okay with that. We received a call from Roy stating they would be here @ 4. Sure enough Roy showed up had drain unplugged in 15 - 20 minutes.
Excellent service. Excellent communication and most of all very reasonable price.

Had a distressing experience with this company.
Had a blockage in our line out to the street. This happens every couple of years and usually just have someone come out and clear the roots out.
No big deal.
So this happened -they came out and they were telling my sister in law who was at the house at the time that we needed to replace all of the pipe from the house out to the street. And it would cost us about $8,000.
Well we said thank you very much and got a second opinion.
The other person came out and cleared out the blockage. He said everything else looked just fine and nothing more needed to be done.
Quite a difference in what we were told needed to be done from this company. I would not call them again.

My 94 years young mother had to have her main sewer pipe replaced from the house to street (old clay pipe broken from tree roots) in Walnut Creek, March 2024. This company did the entire job in 1 day!! Cut the street open, dig opening at foundation, installed the piping, pre-arranged all permits and inspections AND THEN, cleaned everything up, repaired the street and resealed it, and made the brick walk way at the house look better than it was at the start of the job - AGAIN in one day!!! A crew of 8 people, and every one of them knew what their job was on the team. Extremely well-coordinated. I can't say enough for this company. I (her son) have written this review for her because, well, a 94 year old and a computer is like oil and water -- :')

I won't discuss the price charged as each job site is unique, but I will say the quote came in at $1000.00 less than what I had initially estimated the cost would be when my Mom asked what I thought it should cost.

I don't have any company ties or know anybody who works for it. This a Great company!! You will find no better... They are diamond certified, and there is a reason for that!
