Walnut Creek StorQuest has fantastic & friendly staff to assist. They have always been available to answer my questions. The site is clean and an OK value.

Chris let me move in despite me arriving close to closing, and It was very very appreciated--so much so I had to leave a review! AJ also showed me kindness today bringing in some more things to my unit. Definitely recommend! Service is excellent!

Very friendly and jovial staff. They make you feel at ease and walk you through your options. The facility is old but clean and with easy access to your storage space. I want to add to their 5 star rating, the reason why I selected them.

Manager AJ is quick and professional. Very helpful.
This place is conveniently located but has no parking. Good Manager's special where 1st month only $1. And all docs are electronic.
Service was great. But does have it's spaces limited given the l patio. The building is over 100 years with a cool/creepy freight elevator, bldg used to be a ford motor co plant.
Glad I found it.
Be aware that they require insurance for everyone.

I had to get a bigger space to store my possessions. Brandi was extremely friendly and helpful in finding the size that met my needs at a great price. She even checked the best way to transfer to give me the lowest price. I moved from a 6x6x4 to a tall 6x6. It was exactly what I needed. Cheers Brandi. Great service!

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Price-gouging a 25% --TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT!!-- rent increase, not even one year in. DO NOT RENT HERE.
I specifically asked up-front whether their prices were stable, and was specifically told YES, or small increases, when I rented last June. Their website NOW has an asterisk saying "prices valid for 5 months," but that is new -- and just understand that at 5 months in, they will feel that they can charge you ANY amount of rent. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
Also, the reviews on the location's site are obviously full of plants/bots/fakes, as well: 5-star reviews only, 100% from Google, no way to review directly on their site, and ninety percent following the same fakey format, and oh-- none of the negative reviews you can find everywhere else online appear on the location's website.

My husband and I have been using this facility since 1989. We love it. We'd never go anywhere else. It's clean, well located, safe.

The property manager, AJ, is the best. He is so nice and friendly and helpful.

I have been trying to get access to my belongings that are very essential to this pandemic and I have no access I am trying to reach everyone in anyway possible that I can get in contact with someone to get a certain essential items that I do have in storage they will help me throughout this pandemic and you guys are failing me

Every time I walk into the office of this StorQuest, I'm always greeted kindly by the friendly staff. They're super professional and quick to help in every way. Yvonne has been an exceptional help and is always cheerful and courteous.
