Vivien S.San Francisco, CA406199138Aug 16, 2022This review is specifically for their customer support rather than the storage itself. Am looking for a storage solution, and am keen on supporting a young startup which mission is intriguing and promising.
Called the number on their website. The person on the receiving end sounded like it was a drag to even have to bother to speak with me, the way the questions were framed were rude too ("what are you even trying to store", in a disgruntled tone, when I asked about any humidity and pest control).
No insurance was covered either, and I got a vague answer when asked about if an insurance add-on is possible, especially since these are self-serve spaces, and I have yet gotten reassurance on how secured the locks are.
Went in the call with enthusiasm but left disappointed by a great promise unmet.

Saam and Hassi are great! They are super flexible with the move-in date, tried their best to accommodate my request to put my stuffs in across multiple days. Hassi also stood outside for at least a good 15 mins helping me navigating to the garage. Would recommend!

Clean quiet spot at the heart of market. Price is great and everything's on pint. Shout out to my host Hassi, who's super helpful and extremely friendly. He even stayed for 10 extra minutes to hold the garage door just to wait for my Lyft to come (because I didn't want to wait on the street). He really went above and beyond, I was having a stressful moving process but it actually lightened up my day. Would love to give 10 stars and definitely will come back!!

Staff was extremely helpful on time and made everything extremely easy as well as explained the process 90 clear professional Manor Hassi is an excellent host and I would recommend this company to all my friends

Tyler was great! He helped me through the storage move and helped direct my Lugg to the right spot. We ran into a problem with the lock and he ran out to CVS and bought a new one that worked right on the spot. Very helpful and fast to think on his feet. Many many thanks!
