Chor Chi M.Concord, CA861434Apr 5, 2024Easy to set appointment, technician show up on time, quick to diagnose the problem of my fridge and order parts for me. Follow up appointment set as soon as the parts arrived. What I would recommend is they care about keeping your house clean, there's no water no dirt once the technician finished the repair.
Price is reasonable I guess, since they are doing something I don't know. It cost to hire professionals so no complains here.

Ron came and did far more than I would have known and informed me it's not worth fixing but to better off buying a new one. Only charged a reasonable fee to come out and confirm i am wasting my time and to buy a new washing unit.

IvanJul 30, 2024Previous reviewPaid to have unit fixed. Worked 3 or 4 times. Had warranty, they honored warranty, said the parts they had replaced were not the problem. Said unit had to be . So had someone Else look at it . Totally repairable.

We reached out to Sunny HVAC and Paul immediately responded and we were able to have Amir come out the same day to do an evaluation and give us an estimate.Two days later the panel was replaced and our oven is as good as new. Such great and fast service and Amir was really wonderful and supportive and left our kitchen cleaner than before. I couldn't recommend Sunny HVAC more. They are responsive, very friendly, very fast and deliver quality work!!!

Additionally, there are costs associated with travel time and the coordination efforts by our parts manager to ensure the correct parts are ordered and available.
We strive to provide comprehensive service, including diagnostic evaluations and careful handling of all aspects of the repair process. The labor charge of $250 reflects this complete service, not just the physical replacement of the part. Additionally, this cost includes a warranty on the work performed, giving you peace of mind that the repair is covered if any issues arise shortly after the service.

My washer was working fine and it just needed a gasket replacement. I compared the 5-6 quotes and Sunny was the most reasonable one.
