I used Sunny HVAC & Appliance Repair and I am very satisfied with their service.
I had water leak in Fridge so contacted them. They sent technician who told me after visit that problem is fixed.
However, few days passed and water leak problem came back.
This is where Alex (owner) of company really showed his professionalism and excellent customer service.
Alex himself made few visits until problem was completely fixed.
He also did followup from his end and was very prompt to my phone calls and messages.
I really liked Alex's professionalism and follow up to ensure that customer's problem is completely fixed. I would definitely use them again.

This is a follow up review from earlier repair work. After Alex refilled the refrigerant. Everything seemed good and two mouths after my AC is not blowing cold air again. Alex gives came and checked it again and find that the fins of cooling coil were all rusted and that was the problem. An appointment was made within a day or two to have it replaced. Since my HVAC unit is at the attic, it is not easy to work on. His younger associate had to look for an correct replacement of my unit (part shortage due to pandemic) that day and work on the replacement with 100+ degree inside the attic.
(This is not a pleasant environment for sure) Nonetheless, he showed me this old unit and explained to me that the previous installation was not good. The fins were submerged in the condensation at the drip pan. The new coil unit is elevated and should not in contact with the drip pan.
Refrigerant was refill again since it is under warranty.
The repair has been done more than a year and all things are good.

We had a leak in our HVAC that caused all the freon to escape. Alex was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He promptly fixed the leak and topped up our gas also providing a warranty on the seals.

Additionally, very impressed with the scheduling as we were able to have someone look at the issue the very next day. During the initial visit, the tech found out that our HVAC uses a non-standard connector, but Alex came back the very next day to fix the issue.

Called Sunny Appliance for my HVAC breakdown and Alex came exactly within the time window. He is very nice and knowledgeable and fixed it in no time.
He figured out that the capacitor went bad and replaced with the new one that came with warranty. The price is fair and reasonable as it requires expert level experience. I highly recommend this business to anyone!!!

It's not that easy to find a local company in Fremont that you can trust. Company that will not overcharge you for the same day repair

Company, that have technicians ready to do same day repair and have a lot of parts in their van.

Around 10am this Saturday morning, I realized there was a pool of water at the bottom of our dishwasher. After getting the water out, watching YouTube, and fiddling with the easily-accessible parts for an hour (also being grossed out by gunk that had accumulated on the filters), I sent a Request for a Quote out on Yelp to a few businesses. Within a few minutes, I heard from Alex at Sunny Appliance repair. They gave me a 1-3pm window. Vince called me near the beginning of the window to give me a heads up he'd be over in seven minutes, and he arrived around 1:15pm.

He was explained that he'd do a cleaning, and if didn't work he'd pull the dishwasher out and do a more involved diagnosis and repair. Fortunately the cleaning was successful. Vince was courteous and efficient. I'm very happy that the issue was resolved quickly. There's a also a 30-day guarantee and 10% off future labor costs on other appliance repair.

we had an AC emergency on a hot summer day. Made a call to Sunny appliance and they sent someone out within 3 hrs. Alex came and had our AC unit diagnosed and working quickly and efficiently. Friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

After appointment, Alex went to my house and went to back yard to look into the AC unit issue directly.
After 5 minutes, he found the capacitor had problem and verified the pressure is good.
After changing capacitor, he went to house and measured the temperature of air ports, made ensure everything is working fine.

My refrigerator/freezer combo stopped cooling. So I messaged via Yelp on Saturday and received prompt responses from Alex. He was able to schedule technician Chris to come out on Monday between 9-11am. At 8:45am, Chris texted to let me know that he would arrive in 45 mins. He arrived at 9:30am and I appreciate him arriving within the time frame promised.

He promptly got to work and quickly identified the issue, quoted us the part and labor, had the part on hand, and fixed the issue right there on the spot. I'm so glad that he came prepared with the part already. He was in and out so quickly and efficiently.

The whole experience was hassle free and I would definitely use them again!

My AC stoped working in middle for summer. I called Sunny Appliance and they sent over their repair guy Alex. He inspected the unit and was able to diagnose and fix it.

I terms of pricing they are pretty good. I compared with other similar operations and found they are one of the lowest price ones.

Called sunny appliance to fix my ac. Alex informed me that he was running late. He was able to figure out the issues was with the fuse that was broken. Once he fixed the fuse he saw the ac worked for few mins and stopped working. He then identified a wire was broken outside and worked on fixing that. Overall happy with the thoroughness of the work

He inspected all the ducts to ensure the air conditioning was working fine. Jus communication was very clear as he was working through the issue. This was sane day service and he had all parts needed to fix the issue.
