A few weeks ago and squirrel ate the electrical circuitry of our heater. I called on Sunny appliances and Serge showed up for repairs. He showed up on time, was very courteous and did a great job. I am glad to have had his service. Though I wish not to have such troubles in the future but I will reach out to Sunny if the situation calls for.
The lady on call too was very good, cannot remember her name though.

I wrote to Sunny Appliance on Saturday, thinking they would not come out until Monday. Serge came on Sunday, on time, and was very personable. He went about the job in a professional manner while I excused myself and went back to work on my computer. I checked on him every 10 minutes or so.
He made sure to look up the model of my machine. He also got down on the ground and listened carefully while he listened as he pressed various buttons on the dishwasher.
After about 45 minutes, he gave me the bad news that I had already suspected - the motor is burned out, meaning that it had to be replaced.
The DW is 15 years old so this is not surprising. Unfortunate, but not surprising.

Our air conditioning broke at the worst possible time - during a 95+ degree weekend! We were in desperate need of a technician, and were so pleased with Sunny Appliance Repair. They were quick to get back to us to make an appointment, and our technician Serge was so professional and quick to fix the issue.

Serge went into our backyard to take a look at the AC unit and saw that the fan wasn't working. He assessed the condenser and determined that we had 3 separate issues that required repairs. Because he didn't have all of the parts on hand, he made a quick run to Home Depot, and was back in 20 minutes with everything he needed. After Serge replaced everything, he did a check at each vent in the house to make sure cool air was coming through. The entire repair took less than an hour and a half - amazing!

We will definitely use Sunny Appliance Repair for any repair needs in the future, and would recommend them to anyone!

Simply the best! Serge came out on Sunday once the part arrived because they knew that the laundry was piling up with our broken clothes washer. No reason to call anyone else!

We had to reschedule because of our busy commuter treks - we were accomodated with a 6-8pm time slot. Serge was super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to perform the needed repairs. We will DEFINITELY be calling them again for our next repair!

Serge was great; he was very nice and patient. Coming to the US from Belgrade only 6 or 9 months ago, he has adapted to our country very well and was a huge help in repairing our microwave. Since it took two trips for him because of need to order and then install a part, his second trip to the house was better than his first. We called him up on short notice to let him know we had received the part and within 9 hours of our phone call, he showed up and installed it. The Micro is now doing it's thing and we couldn't be happier!

Serge came to resolve an issue with our GE Profile Oven. The oven failed on many levels and will ultimately need to be replaced - thanks to Serge's help and troubleshooting the problem he recommended that rather than waste time and $$ on the repair that'd probably be equal to the cost of new oven that we'd be better off replacing this one. GE Profile ovens and microwaves are crap - and will fail - just a matter of time. Serge in this case spent plenty of time testing the parts and determined that the control panel and sensor would need to be replaced and might not fix the problem that the oven had with it's broken lock and the fact that the oven thinks the temperature is all the way up. It's a crap shoot to waste time repairing this thing. So we will replace it and never buy another GE product again - they seem to all have built in failure mechanisms because our Microwave suffered a similar unrecoverable breakdown.
Serge is very competent thorough and diligent tech. Definitely worth asking for him.

Serge, the technician called ahead of his arrival. He did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue with our dryer, and fixing the problem. He was clean and efficient in his work, and explained what he was going to do.
