      lied and sold me AMAZON PARTS
      I Insisted on OEM Parts from my first phone call and low and behold i got lied to and amazon parts at TOP $$$$$$

      My washing machine pump failed 10 months ago i called these guys and told them its not draining it needs a pump "can you bring a NEW LG PUMP i DONT want knock off parts i want factory parts"
      Being a contractor myself i knew it was the pump you could hear it when it ran it was messed up and didnt drain so i told them model and serial # to bring pump with them they confirmed.

      tech showed up removed my pump and sure enough it was broken
      runs out to his van grabs a all white taped up box comes in tosses in the pump and hey it worked "FOR NOW"

      gives me the bill $257.40
      takes old pump with him
      see you later bye!

      Me being in the service industry myself i know this was not a factory pump
      it was not an LG box
      it had no part number on it
      it look like it came out of a damn amazon locker!!!!!! for goodness sakes!
      if i amazon that pump its $25
      I called them furious
      I let them know this is illegal to have these kind of mark ups!!!
      Per the California state Attorney General any business in the state of California is legally allowed a 33% markup on materials.
      So I don't care if you're selling groceries and you're on the biggest grocery chain in the industry you're still only allowed a 33% mark up or if you're selling liquor or cigarettes at the corner store you're only allowed to 33% markup however I was charged 185 bucks for a $25 pump out of an Amazon locker.
      They assured me they used a factory replacement pump and priced me per the blue book


      Here we are 10 months down the road and I wake up to my wife telling me our laundry room is flooding the washing machine just drained all over the floor
      Of course we mop and clean all that up and I called another technician from another reputable company I explain that the pump is replaced about 10 months ago however it was aftermarket...... They told me to leave the machine off until they get here with new pump

      Lo and behold technician shows up tears apart my machine and what does he find???????????????
      Broken pump and pump is full of water leaking
      Is the pump and LG part??????
      Absolutely not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
      Has a sticker that just says 110 V pump made in China on the side of it
      Check out the photos

      Now check out the photo of the actual broken pump full of water and go ahead and check out the box of a real LG pump

      Then check the contractors license board website for the formal complaint on the contractors license with the contractor and the lie I was told i purchased a factory part and a factory part was installed in my appliance however it was not and I was lied to with aftermarket parts

      The attorney General loves these cases if you have been taken advantage of and know you were gouged buy this company or any other at more than 33% markup then report em
      See how long there in Business ripping people off
      The company is only as good as the records it keeps before the Government takes that company away from crooked ppl taking advantage of the general public
      The truth hurts but is what it is if you want to be crooked and pad your wallet it only last so long

      Do your homework before you hire these people
      Just because they say they can fix it right now there's other people out there that can do it too that are honest

      The HONEST REPAIR COMPANY with FACTORY PARTS $205 That included $20tip for the tech to get some lunch

      This scam $257.40 and flooded laundry room and hall

      This is not a reputable company. They have no desire to help informed customers. They were very quick to say they'd be happy to help and set up a service call. Once I described the issues and told them the error codes and the control boards possibly needed, they told me I had to put down a $300 deposit so they could order the boards and bring them with. The ordering and bringing them with is a good idea but I have a hard time giving a $300 deposit . In the end I agreed and they said they would send me the cc form. I followed up 2 days in a row asking for an update and was told both days there was no update.

      It is entirely possible that this company overcharges there customers. If there is not exorbitant profit, they are not interested in providing services.

      Get second opinions when dealing with this company.

      just want to say that for me to leave a review tells you that the process was lack luster. I called a repair service and I was under the impression that that's who would be repairing my dryer but NO they contract another companies but didn't tell me. so when you make the appointment and they send you an invoice that's when you know. They came out to fix my dryer told me it was my timer went downstairs for a couple of minutes came back up and put the timer on an hour later I decided to wash my clothes and dry my clothes I turn the dryer knob and the whole knob comes off. I called them back. Can't get a response. End up calling and texting Sunny and the original repair phone number because at this point I don't know who does what.... very confused they give me another appointment a week later and the other company gave me a different date as well, to come and fix the dryer timer he fix the dryer timer showEd me which way to turn the knob an hour later, I tried to do my laundry again and the dryer does not work so he told me to contact the original repair place to see about a refund. I'm going back-and-forth with Sunny and the original repair contract company. Finally I just gave up with the unprofessional phone calls and text messages that I received and no consistent help because every time I call it's a different person and they have no idea what I'm talking about. On either end. I just gave up and only received a refund for the labor and not the part even though the part is still on the dryer, untouched brand new, I will never use either company again. At this point I would say if you have an issue with your washer and dryer it's best just to buy a new one because in the end you'll end up spending the same amount. I'm very upset that I paid $292 and never got my dryer repaired that money could've been used to buy a new dryer lesson learned.

      I have a GE dishwasher that had no power due to a bad motherboard. The service call is $85 which can be applied to any repairs. The technician arrived and pulled the circuit board out. He then wanted $379 to replace a board that I can buy for $100 (he wanted $189 for the same board). Then an additional $100 to install it ( for a total of $185... don't forget the $85 he already was charging).

      I passed on the repair. So the technician put everything back together and lo and behold, the dishwasher was working again! Might have been a loose connection?

      Overall, not overly impressed with this company. Maybe a more thorough inspection of the circuit board might have shown that it was not just a bad board.

      The technician came out for our oven that was not holding temp. He came out and replaced the sensor. Still had issues for three months. When you're a household of two working people time for these things is scarce. We called and they came out again. Charged us $100 more to replace the control board. These were the two most expensive possibilities. We still had issue, fear that they would charge us even more money we decided to replace the igniter ourselves. A $36 part. Now it works perfectly. I emailed them pointing out that parts were replaced that didn't work even need replacing and we are out almost $400 all for nothing, and their response is "you are past warranty." Ok, my fault, I should have contacted them sooner but my trust in this company was already low and I didn't feel the technician really was understanding me, there was a language barrier. My question is this: if the problem is one of three things, why replace the most expensive parts first? I feel ripped off and they are only willing to make things "better" by giving me 20% off our next service, which will not be happening by the way. I feel a refund for one of the services would be fair, but I guess I'm dreaming. Go with a different company.
