I called Sunrise yesterday to see about coming to our home in Fair Oaks to fix our clothes dryer.

They said they would be here between 12 and 3 today.

Eugene came at 11:40 (he called first to say he would be a bit early.) I really appreciated the call.

He got right to work, took apart the dryer, found the problem and fixed it with parts he had in the truck. He also checked the venting and he vacuumed out all the lint and dust inside the dryer housing.

I wrote him a check, he immediately emailed me the receipt, and that was that.

I'm totally pleased with this company (1st time using them.) I will use them again, for sure.

We called Sunrise Appliance Repair because the heating element in our Samsung dryer no longer worked. We selected Sunrise Appliance because of the numerous five-star ratings/comments on Yelp. We called them in the morning and they dispatched Eugene the technician later that afternoon!
Eugene was very polite and professional, and put on cloth booties over his shoes to protect our carpet. He removed the broken heating element and showed it to us to confirm its condition. And best of all, he had the replacement part on his truck! Yes, I recommend Sunrise Appliance Repair.

These guys are exceptional. I have a rental property and the refrigerator stopped working. Eugene had done some work on my mother in laws fridge and my wife said great things about him when our fridge went out. He was able to go out the next day and assess the issue. He had to order a certain part, but it was in the next day and he completed the job. My tenant was happy which makes me happy. During my conversations with Eugene I could tell he was knowledgeable, kind and honest. I'll definitely return when I need appliance repairs.

Have you ever had your built-in microwave go south. Only three years old and poof...it stopped working. I NEED my microwave:). LOL!

Recently, the ultimate inconvenience occurred... my microwave stopped working. I could barely cook dinner! In panic mode, I honestly started yelping appliance repair service immediately. I wanted to be ready to make that next morning, Monday, phone call to schedule an appointment asap! To my utter astonishment, Sunrise Appliance Repair was open on Sunday...yay! But even better, their reviews were off the hook. With twenty minutes till closing, I called and reached the most professional and sweet young lady, Ellie. I explained my situation. She was so calm and answered all my questions and even provided the information I needed but did not know to ask. Now, I was calm:) I was really impressed. She set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. I could not believe I was going to get help that fast.

Come Tuesday, Eugene texted me twenty minutes before his arrival. I was ready to hand him some booties when he arrived. However, he was already putting on some pretty heavy duty ones as I opened the door. Another great example of a good company. Long story short... He was in and out in an hour tops. As he was working, he let me watch and answered all my questions. Replacing built-in microwaves is not cheap. I already had Googled prices. He showed me the part that was responsible for the outage. I could definitely see the burnt areas of the defective part. Luckily, it was replaceable. And may I add, he had a new part with him. In other words, he was prepared, and I did not have to schedule another visit. He had the new part installed and the microwave put together and in the wall within forty-five minutes. And such professionalism all the way through the process. Thank you, Eugene.

Honestly, I have peace of mind knowing I have a repair shop I can call for honest and professional service. Oh...and ALL 5-star reviews!!!

I highly recommend Sunrise Appliance Repair. A locally owned , verifiable licensed, small business since 2016. Owner, Alex L., employs about six repair technicians. Check out the website to see if your broken appliance is on their list of appliances they repair. I dodged a bullet and was thankful my microwave was repairable.

Called Sunrise Appliance Repair based on many positive reviews. My LG refrigerator had pool of water on floor. They sent Eugene same afternoon on day I called. He was polite, very careful of hardwood floor and kitchen cabinets & countertops, he knew exactly what he was doing and had the repair done quickly. My freezer drain line was blocked. He removed many big chunks of ice and cleared out the drain line. My refrigerator is keeping food and drinks colder now. I highly recommend Sunrise Appliance.

Very friendly customer service, Elle is particularly happy to help. There is a small diagnostic fee that goes towards the service and it's money well spent. The technician that helped us on-site, Eugene, was very friendly and helpful. He came back the next day to address a question and came back again when we were seeing a small leak in our washer, free of charge!

I called Sunrise Appliance Repair in the morning hours to solicit repair service for our wall mounted double oven that wouldn't heat. I was offered, and accepted an afternoon appointment for the same day!

The technician, Eugene, texted twenty minutes prior to arriving. He was extremely courteous and wore shoe protective booties prior to entering our home. He went straight to work, solving our problem in just under an hour. He was extremely thoughtful, and curious about the root cause of the problem he had just fixed. He demonstrated a clear desire to improve our situation and help us avoid any future oven failures.

I submitted my request on Yelp around 6:30 pm when I found out my 25 year+ Amana dryer for my barbershop had a burning smell. I don't check my Yelp messages after work since every business has a life after work
Ellie from Sunrise Appliance Repair called me about less than 15 mins after I exited my Yelp app. We talked and booked an appointment for the next day to get it fixed.
My technician named Eugene came in and did the work. He brought his handyman bag and cleaned out the lent trapped under my laundry dryer. It took about 25-30 mins. He seemed like a friendly guy and I was billed for the $79 fee. For payments they take cards, Android Pay, Apple Pay. This makes it easier to pay since I don't have enough cash on me.

No more burnt smell. I honestly thought the dryer could've caught on fire if I didn't unplug it. I refer this company to my friends and family for future fixes like refrigerators and dryers. Very reputable and honest

My LG washing machine was making astrang noise, so I decided to have it looked at before something big went wrong. I scheduled an appointment on Sunday for Monday afternoon between 12 and 3pm. Monday morning I received a call asking if he could come early, and I said yes. Eugene showed up promptly and started looking for the problem. Fortunately it turned out that there was something that required tightening and it resolved the problem. All that for the price of a service call ($75 ). I am super pleased with the service and highly recommend Sunrise Appliance Repair!

They called immediately and were able to set up an appointment within a couple hours. Eugene was professional and respectful of our property. He quickly figured out the issue, ordered the part and came back less than 24 hrs later to fix the washer door. The cost was a good value for the speed it was fixed and the convenience of having a washer back up and running so fast

My refrigerator went out last night and I called Sunrise appliance repair. They were able to send Eugene to my house same day. He was on time, courteous and wore a mask with shoe protectors. He was clean and efficient. Unfortunately my part was expensive and on back order for 60-90 days! So no repair work from them but I did appreciate the written estimate.
