These guys are fantastic. Prompt and very responsive. Always available in an emergency. Alex was very good about communicating what was needed. The service tech Sergio was also great, figuring out the issue and repairing it quickly. Just something to mention. English is not Sergio's first language , so when needed, Alex called us to explain what needed explanation. These guys will be our go -to for any further appliance repairs. I just appreciated the level of service so much. They definitely deserved more than a 5 star rating. Thank you Sunrise appliance repair!!!

These guys were a pleasure to work with. They made the whole process less painful. Refrigerator/Freezer went out, I made a request for an appointment at 945pm, they were able to come out early the following morning. They also used booties coming into my home, very thoughtful and professional especially since I just had my carpets cleaned. The technician Arsen made great suggestions, shows how honest and helpful they are. Alex was great at communicating. Between both Arsen and Alex, the were able to get the part and quickly fix the issue. Truly went above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things. Will definitely reach out to them going forward with any issues with other appliances, crossing my fingers no more costly issues anytime soon! Thanks again!

We needed service done on our LG Refrigerator. Ellie was prompt in answering my request with both an estimate and availability of service. Alex came the next day and provided excellent customer service and had our appliance up and running again quickly.

I had a really great experience with Alex. He was an absolute pleasure to work with on my dishwasher repair. He arrived promptly, was friendly and polite, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly.

He was very thorough in his work, which I really appreciated. The level of care and attention to detail he showed made me feel like he was trying to fix his own appliance, rather than a stranger's.

We had a hiccup in the middle where the supplier sent him the wrong parts. This caused him to have to make multiple trips to my house (not his fault), but he handled it like a champ and did not tack on any additional costs to the project, even though it ate up much more of his time than originally intended.

I am bookmarking Sunrise and will definitely turn to them for any future appliance issues!

Probably one of the most excellent in-home appliance services I've ever experienced. The owner and service technician were very responsive, humble and friendly (and both were named Alex). We found out on Saturday our washer was leaking. After calling Zijac as we'd done many times in the past, we learned we were "no longer in the system" and they've opted to no longer repair LG appliances. They recommended calling a poorly rated business which wasn't even open until Monday. It's difficult to our peace of mind to have our washer out of commission for more than a few days. So we decided to check Yelp to see the options and found that Sunrise Appliance Repair had the quickest quoted response time (through Yelp messaging) of 10 minutes. Indeed the owner's response was quick and to my surprise they offered availability for the very next morning, on a Sunday!!

The technician, Alex, arrived promptly at the start of the 2-hour window given. They wore shoe covers and presented as very professional and kind. The issue was identified within 20 minutes. The technician reported it might take 1-3 days to order/receive the part. I was very happy with this ETA as Zijac took at least a week or more to have parts arrive and then more time to schedule an appointment to install.

The very next day around 4pm I called the owner to confirm the ETA of the part had not changed. I learned then the part had arrived!! Alex, the owner, called me back in less than 5 minutes with confirmation a technician could arrive to install that evening (Monday) between 5-7pm. Technician showed at our home to install the part and repairs were complete before the end of the window. The technician explained the cause of the issue thoroughly.

The initial diagnostic quote was very inexpensive compared to others and was waived once deciding to move forward with the repair. The cost of repair was most fair and reasonable, especially with how quickly the whole process was, and cheaper than any service we experienced prior. Alex, the technician, informed me their business services all appliances, even microwaves. So now that I have this extremely reliable and honest service company I'm so excited to share them with others and am looking forward to doing business again with them in the near future.

Our fridge was set at 37 F, however it was not cold. We saw some frost buildup on the back of our drawers. We tried blow drying and picking the ice off. The frost would buildup again the next day.

Based on the high yelp reviews, I messaged Sunrise Appliance Repair. They responded within 10 minutes and I was able to schedule for the next morning appointment. Alex came at 8 am and diagnose the problem that it was the thermostat failure. It did take some time about an hour and half to figure out was wrong. It was about another hour for him to fix and repair the thermostat. After 2.5 hours total (8 am - 10:30), he was done. The fridge was at 37 F by 6 pm that evening. We are so happy with the service! Sunrise Appliance Repair has a warranty for their service within 6 months. I will update if our fridge goes out again. Thank you Alex.

We just had Alex come by to assess an issue we had with our washer. He was very, very thorough. Most importantly he was honest and did not try to sell me on something that wasn't an issue. I will be using Sunrise Appliance for all my future issues.

Returned my message within minutes, gave me a reasonable quote for debug, arrived within 3 hours. Alex, the tech, was fantastic and had us back in business in about 2 1/2 hours.

Our freezer suddenly stopped working, and Alex came out the same day - on a Sunday no less - and fixed our problem, saving us the expense of losing a freezer full of food and the cost of purchasing a new appliance.

He quickly diagnosed our issue and fortunately, had the part on his truck and was able to do the repair on the spot. Alex is very polite, neat, and thorough, and I highly recommend him. We will definitely be calling Sunrise Appliance Repair for all of our future repair needs!

Here we were, just 10 days before we hosted the family Christmas dinner, and our LG freezer would not maintain temperature. We called Sunrise Appliance Repair just after noon, who we have used in the past for a clothes dryer issue, and pleasant young lady that answered the phone said they could get a technician out to our home later the same day. Alex arrived just as promised. He was very professional and quite knowledgeable. He spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing our issue and was able to identify and address our freezer's issue. The holiday was saved and we are so thankful for the team at Sunrise Appliance Repair. The best money I've spent in a long time. Thank you Alex.

I contacted Sunrise over the weekend because my washing machine had a water problem. Not only was Alex responsive, but he also scheduled a same-day appointment and helped me fix the issue. Good value and great service.
