They were able to come the exact time required, and despite a hiccup on arrival, they were communicative and things were quickly resolved. My guest commented the place was "sparkling clean":)

thinking everything would be pristine! However, the kitchen floor was sticky, there was dust over the doors and none of the doorway frames had been touched!
I did complain and was given a 10% discount. But I would not hire this company again.

I called hoping I could get someone last minute. After a few calls, I was told someone would be at my place in an hour. Jennifer showed up, very pleasant and ready to get to work. I left her in her own and she spent the afternoon working on my 3 bedroom townhouse. I came by when she was done and she did a fantastic job. She was able to get a dye stain off my bathroom counter, both my daughter and I tried and had no luck. She also managed to get my oven clean. It was pretty bad and since I was immobile waiting for hip surgery, I was unable to get it clean. They came through for me in a pinch and were professional and courteous. I'd definitely recommend them.

The cleaning person assigned to us was Ariel. She was prompt and was extremely efficient and courteous. We discussed the project to be done initially and she got right to work. We were pleased with the work completed as she started in the upstairs and cleaned each room in an orderly manner without causing any disruption to us. Definitely will have her back.

Super Host Cleaners has reached out and offered me a full refund on one of the job that was done badly together with a 25% discount on the next job. I am willing to give this company another chance as they have reached out to me and politely asked for it.

The first cleaning was ok but the cleaner is not experienced but willing to do what it takes to clean. The second cleaning on another property whom I have asked they bring cleaning supplies and mop etc arrived late and did not have any supplies but a hand held vacuum, a few cleaning cloths and a can of oven cleaner. I not only have to supply the cleaning equipment and supplies but also showed the cleaner how to clean properly. She was co operative but not as good a cleaner as the first one who was willing to work. I hired a professional cleaning company and did not expect to remind the manager what to clean, where the jobs are and even needed to clean and train his cleaners at the same time. The cleaners were not properly informed of what needs to be done. I was really disappointed that I had to work along the cleaners and even stayed behind to finish the jobs as they have to be somewhere else. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent cleaning company! I tried 3 different companies before finding them. Jay always replies very quickly to all my emails and the cleaning staff is very thorough and professional. Their prices are the most reasonable that I've found as well. I am very happy with their work and will continue to use them.
