      I have used Superior Appliance for every single appliance in my home from dishwasher to clothes dryer and I always get fast service and clear explanation about cost broken down into parts and labor.
      I would be lost without Superior!

      Scott did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing our Jenn air electric burner! He let me know a time range when he could come by and called 10 minutes before his arrival. The burner works better than ever. We had it repaired previously by another company but that was a shoddy repair that was never quite right. Highly recommend Superior Appliance if you need any appliance repair!

      Mike at superior appliance is a very knowledgeable and helpful repairman. They answer their phone and show up within a day or two at the time specified. Our dishwasher was not washing properly and he explained the reasons why and made a valiant attempt to repair it but because the parts were no longer available, that was not possible. He refunded the cost of the parts that he attempted to use and recommended brands for a new dishwasher. I will certainly use his services again.

      PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR SEARS INSTALLATION!

      ZERO STARS - AVOID!

      We've had a huge issue with them no call/no showing. We had one of their installers, Juan, come out on the 10th to provide an estimate to install a kenmore oven/micro combo, and a kenmore range that I purchased for my grandmother and my mother, fir Christmas. They're both disabled and elder, and haven't had an appliance upgrade in decades. Also so they can have thanksgiving dinner at home.

      We had the estimate competed on that same day with the promise of them (Juan) coming out Friday to complete the installation. I was to provide payment at the end of the job, everything was great. Problem was, that they never called on Thursday, then they never showed up on Friday. My family had their old appliances removed that day to make room for the new ones, so were no without any mens to cook.

      After spending several hours on the phone with Sears that Friday, and also Superior, the promised they'd come back on Saturday between the hours of 4-8. Again, they no called no-showed, leaving two elders without a stove or an oven to use. Calling them back on Monday, we got a SEARs supervisor (Audry) to call them and track them down, and they promised they'd come out Monday evening between 6-8pm.

      They showed up, Juan and crew, to do the installation. They were ready to go. I then got a call from Mary Lou and Art from Superiors Front Office, demanding payment in full before the work even started. Full payment was 270.00. Keep in mind that up to this point, I'd spend 3,800.00 on appliances, 340.00 on SEARs installations, another 70.00 on superior sending Juan over to estimate the installation, and they were yelling at my elderly relatives about 270.00 dollars and were not willing to start the work until we payed them......

      I refused to give them the balance (270.00) until they completed the work due to prior bad acts (them no-call no showing twice), then they packed up and left the house, leaving the family again without means to cook, AGAIN! I can't believe that they'd do this to anyone's mom or grandmom, especially around the holidays, especially knowingly leaving them without means to cook. What if it was their mom, or grandma.....

      So, we're back at square one, appliances on the floor in the living room, and thanksgiving in limbo - I can't believe these people

      Dont loose this number for Superior Appliance.

      If something breaks in your house...he is the man. He has fixed our washer, dryer and both refrigerators over the years. The first couple times we used Scott, we also got quotes from other companies and his prices were the best and his work was...well Superior! Each time he came out and fixed the appliance with one visit...he had the parts in his truck.

      You can also talk to Scott about current events....smart guy.

      Am keeping this company as my " go-to for anything mechanical that breaks down."
      Prompt arrival, fast repair time, accepts credit cards. He knows the quirks of the washer that broke down and fixed it quick. No hassle, no up service pitch. Just knowledgeable professional service from the get go. What's not to like.

      Scott is AWESOME! He is quick to respond and setup convenient appointments and gets our appliances back at full speed with just one appointment. He is affordable, wise and a straight shooter. We have had him work on all of our appliances and the repairs last and often improve the overall performance.

      Also, I must say he is one of the most honest and trustworthy business owners I've worked with. In today's society it seems as though customer service and honesty are not as important as they used to be...

      I recently remodeled my kitchen and one of my appliances was purchased without a service plan. We got it at the Sears Outlet and it was a great deal so we decided to not to take this option and figured there also wasn't a warranty. So, when our ice maker stopped working I of course called Scott. He came out and accessed that the machine was indeed broken and needed to be replaced, since our fridge isn't a cheap one the repairs sounded costly. When I brought this up Scott mentioned that it indeed must be under warranty, after I confirmed that with Sears I decided to go with the free option to replace it of course. Scott was happy to know this would be repaired to for free and advised me to move forward with this option, even though I was still considering paying him since it would be way faster and done right. Not many people would do that, in fact I think VERY few would.

      Because of the relationship I have with Scott and his kind ways I decided not to purchase the costly service plan offered by Sears during my call, but to instead rely on the fact that I know he will be able to help if any new situations come up.

      If you are considering any other option for appliance repair for any reason be it time or cost you're crazy!

      Don't bother with this company. Tried multiple times to get an appointment, but they don't answer their phone, or take a message. There is no excuse for this poor customer service. From the reviews I was ready to go with this company. If they even had a message that they were busy and would get back to me, my patience wouldn't have run out.

      Updated review

      The biggest element is still working and regulating just fine. So the switch Scott put in is still working well. I cooked a pot roast yesterday and simmered it low and slow for 4 hours, and it kept it at a low simmer.

      Superior Appliance is local, so it should be higher up on the listings, not like the other listings, who are out of the area, but say "serving" the particular area.
