Tony 2 The Rescue

Dishwasher wasn't cleaning the top rack of dishes, not even rinsing them, only partially cleaning the bottom rack, and was making very loud humming noises when running. Called for an appointment and a window of time was scheduled for the next day. During the appointment, the dishwasher was taken apart. After every piece of plastic and hardware was removed from the entire dishwasher and the pieces at the bottom taken apart. What looked like a round piece of metal with a lot of holes in it was exposed and removed. This piece was caked with food and debris and bits of other food and gross stuff that was pulled off. The surrounding area also had a lot of dirt and food that was pulled out from crevices.

Tony said the blockage caused very low water pressure and there wasn't enough water or pressure reaching the dishes to clean them. It was very apparent that Tony was knowledgeable and committed to doing an excellent job. He explained that food and grease build up over time and he recommended periodically running the dishwasher with a cup of white vinegar.

The service was excellent.

Please don't use this guy, we had him come out and check our washer charged us 65$, told us it was the bearings and referred us to another company who wanted to just sell us a washer rather than fixing it.

On top of that, I had Payless aplicare repair come out and tell me it WAS not the bearings and it was just the control board. (They fixed it)

Waste of money.

Make sure to sort by newest when reading these reviews. Looks like most of the good reviews are over a year old! I should have sorted by newest first and might have saved myself $180.

I paid the diagnostic fee ($60) and was told to order a part for him to install ($120). I ordered and received the part but he ghosted me when I tried to set up the install. I wasn't surprised when another repair tech came out (another $50 diagnostic fee) and told me the part I ordered wasn't needed. It was a different part that needed to be replaced. I assume Tony didn't really know how to fix the problem with my appliance and that's why he never responded back to me.

All in all he was flaky and wasted my time and money. I do not recommend. Go with Golden Bay Tech instead.

Needed élément replaced on JennAir cooktop After initial repairman cancelled I began calling other Yelp repairman Tony was referred by Kyle who doesn't work on Jenn-Air. He was booked but offered to come by late at end of day. I had prior plan so had to pass. Called him today after initial repairman couldn't get cooktop removed. Tony was at my house in 10 minutes! He first checked the burner switches then replaced element . His charge was reasonable. Will certainly use Tony again for all my appliance/furnace needs.

1-6-23 Always great! Realizing how busy he is, he always lets me know when he will be at the rental and coordinates times with them for service. Today he fixed a wall furnace so my tenants are sure to have heat when weather gets cold again. I highly recommend him, as do my friends and neighbors. Thank you Tony!

So at 1st Tony seemed great, called back right away. Made appt , which he arrived on time. Had issue with dishwasher not working properly, he messed with latch and seemed to fix issue. Fee for being here 15 min was $60, Few days later, same issue not working again. Called next day 935am, then at 1145am and 330pm. Left VM each time. Also sent 2 text messages, ZERO responses. So he came out really doesn't fix problems, chharges $$ then ghosts you after he,says call me if any issues, and he would call back Tony is a Thief

Tony really came to the rescue! Our fridge and dryer both started acting up (water hose busted on the fridge and dryer was making hella loud sounds) the same week. I called 3 other appliance repair companies but they weren't available for same day service. I called Tony and he was able to accommodate same day service and asked for pictures of my fridge to ensure he'd have what he needed to make the repair while he was here.

Tony arrived within the timeframe he committed to, called on arrival AND repaired the fridge & dryer. So before noon, we requested service on 2 appliances, Tony arrived and made both repairs! We've got Tony locked into our phones now for any future appliance repair needs!

Tony showed up within 30 min. of when I called. He identified the problem, a washer lid switch, fixed the switch without any parts and only charged me $60 for a service call. Absolutely GREAT SERVICE and VALUE!!!!!!!!! This was the best service I've ever had bar none!

Crackerjack Appliances tried to make me pay $605!

I used Tony twice before and worked good. Don't know what happened lately he takes calls and says "I will call you back " never did. No reply on texts neither. Happened twice. Maybe he is too busy. But out of courtesy, he could reply saying I don't have time. But not just leave customers hanging. I am done with him, delete it from my phone.

Even though the main picture is someone repairing a dishwasher and dishwasher repair is listed in the business information by the business owner they apparently do not repair dishwashers. I called and left a message and never got a call back so I texted and was told twice no dishwashers. Hopefully this saves someone some hassle.
