SuperShuttle

The dispatcher GILL is a piece of work. I'm not sure what kind of drugs he is on but he needs to be fired.
I have a paid reservation at 2:10. I called at 2:11 and he said he will call the shuttle now. I waited until 3 pm and called again, he said, well we don't have your credit card information so we can't sent a car. The van was paid for weeks ago, and I have the confirmation code to proof it. I then waited another 30 in the cold. I called back and Gill called me a idiot and screamed at me.
I then respectfully called and told him to refund me my ride, because I called a Lyft. He then used his personal number to call me. 4 times , saying, I'm going to find you you are a FKING xxx.
Anyways I will be filling a police report.

What a freaking joke (except jokes are funny). I used to take SuperShuttle to SFO from SF all the time. It was fast, reliable and moderately priced at about $30. I just checked out the new version. The cheapest they have is $115... that's just sad

Apparently they're taking advantage of Covid to not double, not triple, not quadruple, but quintuple their rates. I have a flight in the morning and tried to book a shuttle and instead of the $20 or so I have always paid before, the lowest price they would quote me for the 17 minute trip from my home to the airport is an "execucar" or whatever for $95, and it just went upwards from there.

Ridiculous. I paid $105 for my flight, I'm not paying $95 just to get to the airport, this is extortion, pure and simple. And if Supershuttle thinks consumers won't remember being treated this way long after things have returned completely to normal, they have another think coming. I'll never call them again after they pulled this one.

By the way, I just new discovered I can get from my front door to SFO by Muni and BART for $12.65, in 51 minutes, including walking time. Supershuttle must be making a living off some pretty clueless customers, trying to sell rides for $95. $17-$20, like it used to cost, I'd have paid for the shuttle. $95 when public transit is almost as fast for $12? Easy choice.

Dispatcher was extremely rude. Emails and texts told us pickup time would be 3:40am. Driver arrived early which is fine but dispatcher kept calling me every minute and threatened to leave at 3:40 without us. I had laryngitis and had to round up one of my kids to talk to him ever time he called so the calling delayed us. Extremely HORRIBLE service I paid good money for. You're taking a family on vacation and kick the whole thing off on the wrong foot. We were all in the car by 3:44 and we were on the road at 3:46. I took a screen shot of my phone. Unbelievably rude for no reason. Tears and frustration for 6 minutes. It was a private ride. We weren't picking anyone else up. Makes zero sense. Plan better and don't take it out on me and my family. We got there alive. Otherwise awful.

This is the third time we have had horrible service from this company.

The first time the driver got lost!! Had no idea where the Oakland airport was.. we almost missed our flight and he almost got into a horrific accident!!

The second time we had a very early flight and the driver found a park and fell asleep!! He was over twenty minutes late!!

Now we are stuck at the airport waiting for our wait for it LATE SHUTTLE!!!

I will never ever use this business ever again!!

Poor customer service. Kept changing my van and left me waiting while 1 driver drove off. The Bart provides better service- no explanation for the changes or delays. Pick another service this is uber, even tho you have a reservation confirmed the drivers can refuse. I'm stuck waiting until one accepts. Terrible to disguise yourself as a shuttle service! No customer service either.

I'm finally on a shuttle that circled the airport for eternity- in a van that keeps jerking, on its last leg!!!! I called and complained and there was no assistance whatsoever ever, no apologies and not even a goodbye at the end of the call. Seriously disappointing.

Don't do it -- just don't. Decided to try Supershuttle again after a year or so hiatus following a terrible experience, only to have a worse one.

Had reservation, charged my card, was where I was supposed to be (in the middle of the night, in the rain, after a 14 hr flight)....THREE vans pulled up and left without me on their roster, and then I waited OVER AN HOUR AFTER THAT...only to call them, get put on hold another half an hour (not an exaggeration) and be told all the vans were out and it would be another hour at least. Did I want to cancel? Now I get to fight with them for a refund.

Rude and uncaring customer service as well.

I caution anyone trying to get service from this shuttle service. Just don't.

Ordered an " Execucar ", got a crappy blue van instead. Sent 3 messages to the support, tried to call, no answers, no excuses. Will never use the service again.

Don't use this company. I booked a round-trip pickup and drop off a week before our family's Christmas trip across country. Everything was fine when departing, but while we were away on our trip on the East Coast, they canceled--with no explanation--our return trip drop off from the Airport to our home . Then when I called, the operator said that the company is closed on New Years Day. So I asked why didn't they tell me that when I booked, she says: "I don't know."

Worst shuttle service ever... reserved online and I still need to wait for 45 minutes to get assigned to a van... do they know even what reservation means?

And, the onsite staff knows nothing, he doesn't know when the next shuttle coming and can't cancel for you but only asked you to call the company. And the call agent knows nothing but only asked you keep waiting and refuse to refund. Finally, you got your shuttle and what they did is just to pick more and more customers...

Just take uber or lyft will be much faster and save your money.
