I would like to clarify some things to hopefully provide some perspective regarding our pricing. At the time of booking your appointment, we waived our dispatch and diagnostic fee as a courtesy. Our ability to be responsive requires a professionally trained team consisting of customer service representatives, dispatchers, and technicians. We are a licensed contractor with a significant amount of overhead; we must carry general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, insure and maintain all our service vehicles, and provide substantial compensation and benefits packages to maintain and retain a quality team that provide exceptional service and a quality product.
The benefits of using our company to replace your kitchen faucet include:

• You receive a professional installation backed by our service guarantee.
• Our fixtures are high quality and come with a two-year warranty on both the product and labor.

“We have a Dispatch and Minor Diagnostics Charge:
We send a trained technician to your home; they will perform an evaluation and provide detailed repair options for $89.00. This covers up to 2 hours of minor diagnostics. This charge may be waived upon your approval of the work order.”

We also mention this at the time of booking over the phone with our CSR’s, and we apply the $89.00 toward the approved work.
