I purchased a Thermador oven from Soufinane May, 2023 about 25% off from original price, however it's a defective oven and never turn on heat after installment. Contacted Thermador and they came twice for repair, however it's unrepairable and in order to exchange, I must provide a receipt.

When I asked Soufinane for a receipt, he said the his receipt not work for exchange, of course he won't tell you this before purchase. And he didn't provide another HELP for selling defective products, pushing you to the Manufacturer was the only thing he did for me.

The contractor installed the unit is a CA licensed contractor, and Thermador's technician came twice for the repairing, and told me it's unrepairable even they replaced a brand new board. It's definitely a defectives. From above comment from the business owner, you would find he would use all kinds of excuses to "prove" he has absolutely no business with the defectives he sold. He never provide me a store receipt for the sale, and claimed he is a craigslist seller and sold things as-is. (hmm, why you have a physical store in Oakland, should you obey the local retail laws to provide a receipt at least)?

A Sham. Total Scandal. Soufiane Chami carries a toddler on his back to do deals. You would think he's an honest man. No. He sells more than defaced items; it may have electronic errors which you wouldn't know until you run it. He promises warranty with appliance company but couldn't provide original receipt from supplier such as bestbuy (so he claimed). In the end, he tells you to deal with it. He tries to coaches me to lie to technicians why i don't have original receipt... "lost it or my assistant ordered it for me". He doesn't admit that he doesn't have any original receipt. Basically he is dishonest and becomes unavailable when his fake guarantees are revealed. He fooled me. Don't let him fool you.

I was in need of a hood for my kitchen remodel. I came across these guys on Marketplace. They had exactly what I needed but better! They had this hood for less than half the price of a new one. It needed a little cleaning but once it was cleaned and installed I couldn't be happier with it. I highly suggest you reach out to them for your next appliances if you want quality at a reasonable price!

The Deals Guy came through! My washing machine died unexpectedly, and as a single parent I was desperate - both for a good deal and for a replacement asap. I got both! The machine was delivered and installed swiftly. The location is a little rough, but the price and quality made up for it.
