The Repairski's Appliance Repair

I called for refrigerator repair person through my appliance store and received a call from Chris. He gave me a 2-hour window for coming out, arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Great people to work with. And they saved me ton by recommending that I call the manufacturer to replace the failed component!
And obviously with a sense of humor: The Repairski Brothers!

I have used the Repairskis a few times. Steve is the person who has always serviced my house. The first time he came, he was pretty close to being on time and kept his word as far as when he was going to show up.

The last couple of times I have dealt with him, he has put me off and put me off and put me off and keeps giving me dates that he will come and times that he will come and the last time when he fixed my washer, it took him literally about a week from the time he originally said he was going to show up.

I contacted him about servicing my stove a couple of days ago and he said he would come after four and then it was after five and then oh I've got to go do something else and every time that he supposed to come here something seems to come up- and he doesn't even have the decency to text or call me to tell me he's going to be late. I'm sitting here waiting for him and he's supposed to be here two hours ago and no communication whatsoever which tells me that maybe because I'm a disabled senior without a lot of money that I'm very low priority. It's very disrespectful , and I won't do business with them anymore

On the other hand, he has done good work, but he charges an arm and a leg for it. He even told me that he and his brother came out here to California because they were told they could make a lot of money out here because we all make more money. So there you have it .

We reached out to Chris who provided excellent service that was timely, professional, and affordable for a gas dryer that refused to work properly.

Chris was the only person that looked at it and actually understood what it would take to fix it. He worked on finding me the best price for the part needed. He was friendly, prompt and responsive to all my questions. I now have a favorite appliance repair service!

Chris was the best! He fixed our washing machine with precision. Clean, honest, dependable and a true expert. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future for appliance repair. Keep up the great work!

Chris showed up to fix my washing machine which was under warranty. I called him because there was a puddle of water on the floor by the washing machine. He pulled the washer away from the wall, cleaned it up and then showed me that the issue wasn't the washing machine but the hoses to the machine were corroded and leaking. Even though the issue wasn't with the machine and technically not under the warranty, the next day Chris showed up with new hoses and installed them. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

I have the great fortune of giving Chris and the Repairski's team another 5 star review. Like serious these folks get it, easy to deal with and affable.

The details:
This time around we where having issues with our Samsung Stove. Chris already knew some of the details because we had a brief call so he came prepared with the part etc...

When he arrived it was super quick he came in diagnosed the situation and switch out the igniting element in know time!

They are great and you will be wiser for using them.

Called and Chris answered in a few rings, was at my house in 15 minutes, and got the job completed in less than 20 minutes. Quick, easy, and reasonably priced. Thank you!
