Think Escape Party Bus Rentals

I booked a party bus through Think Escape for a group of high school students going to prom. Booking was expedient and Raj answered all of my questions. Of course, my primary concern was the safety of the kids and I asked a lot of questions about the bus, insurance and certifications, driver's licensing, etc. The driver called the night before to confirm the details and share his qualifications with me (experienced school bus driver.) The bus arrived on time, and before the kids boarded the driver reviewed the no alcohol/drug policy with them in a nice but no nonsense way (The parents used it as a photo op as the kids were all fanned out along the side of the bus.) The bus was very clean and quite new; parents and kids were impressed. The trips to and from prom went smoothly and the kids had a great time. Their feedback: The driver was nice, and ' how did he stand the noise?!'

I hunted around for a great deal on a party bus that could drive 20 people from SF to Napa and back, and this was the best one that I found. It had a nice Bluetooth music system and huge windows for great views.

Our driver Victor was very nice and happy to deal with our large group :)

FYI- The contract you sign includes a lot of possible charges for damages, but as long as you don't have anyone puking or breaking things don't be too worried about that. We helped clean up at the end and they don't mind minor crumbs or little spills.

I'm renting a party bus for the first time from Think Escape for my birthday, and although the party hasn't happened yet (it's tomorrow 02/04), I wanted to shoutout the Think Escape team ahead of time because their customer service has been absolutely amazing. Raj has continually gone above and beyond during this process to answer the myriad questions I've surfaced, as well as ease any and all anxiety I've had. Raj has also been super communicative, making himself reachable via phone, text, and email, and he's also been very accommodating to my requests. Overall it's been a super great experience so far, I'm so excited for my party, and definitely plan to book with Think Escape again.

For my dirty 30 as a last hoorah before settling down, I wanted to go all out and do something I've never done before. And you know what I'm a virgin to? Party bus! I asked around and surprisingly, most of my friends have neither been on one or its been several years since. The club scene in SF def ain't what it use to be, but hey why not?


So I researched on Yelp and contacted several companies. Think Escape had some of the highest and most reviews. I sent out to get a quote. Raj, the owner, had the quickest response, reasonable price, as well as a large bus to accommodate 30-40 ppl ... & that had the dance pole I wanted. They are no longer affiliated with clubs, but Raj was very helpful in suggesting an creating an itinerary for my birthday. I had hundreds of questions nearly everyday. I was getting ready to sign, but as I reviewed the contract, I found some rules to be unrealistic or tedious, although understandable. My grown party of adults could not promise me to follow them either. -__-


Anyway, I found another bus company on Yelp that seemed just as good. Their contract seemed a little easier to stick to as well as being cheaper and having a bathroom on the bus. The deal breaker? They were inconsistent in communication and with less than 2 weeks to my event, I couldn't wait for no one. I threatened my friends to be on their behavior and reached out to Raj once more. I had a response in minutes and a bus still available. He explained the contract may look a little scary, but they're not out to get your deposit. Just don't break anything, make a mess, act a fool, and you'll be fine. As far as emailing and finalizing everything, communication was also very quick and easy with Raj's team. That type of service is priceless

Finally, the night of the big event came. Our driver was Ronnie. Even though he was 7 minutes late, he promised that time back. Totally forgivable because Ronnie was the ish. Best driver and hype man. He had ice and water for us. We stopped in front of Hawthorn and they let us in no problem. Not all clubs allow party buses.  We were suppose to go to the Golden Gate Bridge Vista Point, but there was no time for that. My drunk ass fault lol. Ronnie took us to the Cupid' Span along the Embarcadero instead where we were able to get some pictures. 


It was one hell of a night that I'll never forget... for at least of the parts I do remember. Haha. Thank you Ronnie and Think Escape!

I wish I could give a 100 STAR review for this party bus service! They were incredibly responsive, very reasonable in price, and honestly a joy to work with. Raj was very client-service-oriented, and worked with me to create the ideal experience for the group. Quentin operated the bus, and was a total dream for the group - very welcoming, thoughtful, and eager to create the most enjoyable time. I could not recommend them more! Thank you for a perfect night out, the best "club on wheels" for this discerning group!

This business took my deposit in March of 2020 and has not responded to any email I've sent for a year and a half. They did not provide any type of solution or attempt to contact me to give me an update on the situation.

The kids had a awesome prom experience this year the best company ever. Everything I ask for I received. I highly recommend this company is highly respectful and highly responsible. I recently planned a birthday outing for my friend and our group of 18. We chose Think Escape as our party bus rental and had a BLAST!

Communication leading up to the event was smooth. Pricing was very good as well. I booked the bus the same week and both Raj and Eddie were super helpful in making sure I could finalize everything in time for our party.

Our bus arrived early on the day of our trip, so I was able to check it out and review everything with our bus driver- Ronnie. We originally booked the 20 person bus for our group, and ended up receiving the 40 person bus with a bathroom. Though it was an extra fee to utilize the bathroom, it worked out perfectly since the the smaller buses are not equipped with bathrooms. We had no problem paying for this amenity. Major convenience! We were all so excited when we got inside.

Ronnie was prompt at every single pick-up. Communication was smooth- and after shooting him a text, he was outside each stop within minutes to ensure we were on schedule with the rest of our plans.

I recommend bringing a trash bag and a roll of paper towels to make sure you can tidy up your things a bit during your trip. It's easy for trash to pile up, so doing so will allow you to keep things clean and make sure you can be out of the bus on time. We had all our bags full and ready to go before we arrived to our destination.

I definitely recommend Think Escape. It was a bit scary planning a whole birthday outing that pleased a big group- but I couldn't have imagined the day going better. Thank you Think Escape!

LET'S GO!!! WHERE THE PARTY AT?!?!? Okay...it really was not that kinda event/party. I reserved a bus for myself and a bunch of friend to hit up a number of wineries in Napa. The reservation process was painless. I called the number and the person over the phone walked me through the whole process, asking all the necessary questions to assure I reserved the right size bus that met our needs. Everyone we worked with, from the person who answered my reservation call, to the bus driver, was extremely professional an accommodating.

We initially reserved the bus for a certain number of hours, but when you're having fun, time flies. Well, before we knew it, our hours were running out, but we wanted to continue to eat, drink, and be merry. So we asked the driver if we can extend our time. At first we were told there was another party who reserved the bus, but after the driver communicated with his management time, his management team worked their magic and was able to move things around to meet both our needs and the needs of the other party. So we continued on our merry way for another four hours.

I highly recommend Think Escape! They have professional staff who are super friendly and accommodating.

My best friend used this company for her party rental for her 25th birthday! They were so accommodating and great with the large group. About 30-35 of us in total. They had everything you needed, drinks, music etc. we had made a CD specifically for our party which someone was on control of, which was a nice perk.
They took us from Sacramento area to SF for the night! On time for everything and great accommodation everyone on the way back!

I found this gem of a business while I was surfing the web in search of a party bus/limo for my sister in laws Bachelorette Party. I was amazed by the prompt response from an employee who gave me my reasonable quote. Everyone I worked with was super friendly, and flexible. It's always nice when there are misunderstandings and a business is willing to work with you. I would totally recommend using their services and I am definitely keeping them in my mind for the next celebratory outting.

Our driver Ronnie was so personable and funny. He really got the party started with a charismatic introduction of himself, and finished it off with a shout out to our person of honor.

The overall presentation from this party/limp company was amazing.
