If you mean a ten-minute deep tissue massage, then no. However, my favorite part of the pedicure is that they give you a little rub down with warm lotion and knead each foot for a couple of minutes before using a hot towel to wipe off the excess… more

Great reflexology experience. Went with a few friends. The pressure was just right.
We sat in a curtained private area. . The space is a little loud, because of other people talking (which was a little distracting). There should be 'quiet zone' signs ;)
      Regardless I will return.

I have observed increasingly poor behavior by the front desk staff. This includes denying services to some individuals for reasons that appear arbitrary at best and racist at worst. When confronted, the behavior tends to worsen and become retaliatory.

This is particularly concerning because the employees who provide the services are generally nice and competent. I have attempted to offer transparent feedback, but this seems to only anger the front desk manager.

Regrettably, until this issue is resolved, I will not be returning. Fortunately, there are many other options within walking distance.

Idk what it is but Americans dont know that a full on conversation in a shared massage space is completely disrespectful and just a huge NO. It disrupts other's relaxation time.

Really disgusted by the way people think it's okay to do that in a zenful, meditative space like this. To the couple who talked about how she was almost born on the bridge... and how her dad told her mom to hold it in.. do everyone a favor for the love... stop yapping for 30 minutes. And to the older gentleman that was with her.. that was even more tone deaf and whose voice was carrying.. No one wants to be in your conversation.

Really upset that my masseuse advocated for me at the very end of my massage. And about the massage-- it was very mid. The flow and technique was just not for me. In the most polite way. I think I'll go somewhere else for my massage. I had very good luck at Angel Health Center Massage & Spa down the street, will go back there.

Good price but my toe was inadvertently injured during a pedicure by the nail clipper cutting into skin. Massage was alright.

Awful foot massage. I used to go here years ago and had many favorites. Maybe there are a few good folks here that are good but I'm not going to take my chances again.

It's hit or miss- I have had some excellent foot massages and a neck/shoulder stretch here from an man named John, who is there part time.

Other times I have had some painful massages- or lets say prodding- and tapping percussion from some of the younger staff.

I am not convinced that all of them are reflexologists.

They have, once upon my complaining to the front desk after clearly giving instructions to them to translate-that the masseuse didn't understand English or the words less pressure and ouch, gotten a slight discount afterwards. I have tipped each time, but that particular time I tipped less and they expressed deep disappointment. You and me both! I left feeling guilty for being in increased pain afterwards.

I have had a decent pedicure here and enjoyed that- since they gave me a nice warm neck warmer and a foot soak and massage before it. They also have lots if great OPI colors to choose from.

I have had mixed experiences, but I continue to return because they are accommodating on short notice, close to work and self care is important to me, and prices are decent for SF.

The services provided are generally good, but the front desk management falls short in customer service. Despite being a regular neighborhood customer, they haven't bothered to learn my name or even greet me.

While they rely on their competitive pricing, many other local options offer similar prices and make their customers feel welcomed and appreciated.

I hope this feedback helps improve the atmosphere to be more welcoming.

      FANTASTIC

Look, I love a damn good foot massage. And top of my "list" are Chinese foot massages. I have yet to figure out what is ---- academics, culture, intuition or something else ------ but the chinese "know" what to do

And no I am not impressed by Western reflexology. Too "mamby pamby" for my tastes: even if i do drift off to sleep I often leave feeling like i missed the "therapy" bit

in my books little beats a good Chines foot massage!

      And TOE-ASIS delivers in spades.

I had 3 massages over 5 days. One was given by an older gentleman (who gave a slow, but deep & insistent massage). Another was by a younger gentleman (who gave a vigourous, strong intense massage. Both were very good.

Other than the dull background chatter of the nail salon (which i drowned out with headphones), this place gives top-flight treatments. And REASONABLY PRICED treatments

If you don't need the FOUR SEASONS HOTEL
or RITZ CARLTON SPA type pampering (& extortionate prices), if you have aches and pains (and you want THERAPY?) I cannot recommend the foot massages and body massages from TOE-ASIS highly enough.

By far the best massage I have ever had. Hmm maybe tied with this small spot in Napa but definitely at the top .
I had Jarod today for an hour. He hit spots I didn't even know had knots. I can't speak for the nails but the massages are on point.
