They were really terrific. First, they responded to me immediately and gave us a very reasonable quote via email - our tree was in the Google maps photos and they were able to know exactly what to do. How cool is that? They showed up on the appointed day at their appointed time and went strait to work. Everyone was really friendly and kind - they greeted my new puppy and made her immediately comfortable around them. They did the work, cleaned everything to perfection, and gave us a 10% discount for paying in cash, which allowed us to tip 10% which is always a win-win. Overall, excellent service and we will definitely use them for all future tree services.

The team from Trees Company showed up this morning as scheduled, did a marvelous job trimming our tree way back just as requested, then left everything clean and in pristine condition. From the owner's communications to the excellent work done, it's such a pleasure working with professionals who care about their business and the service they provide. LuLu, Duncan, and the other two men on the team did such a good job.

Our magnolia tree had been mis-expertly trimmed and never properly thinned. Julie and Herman took extra time and care to do the job right. Opened her up and redistributed the weight so she looks fantastic and so much healthier. By the end of the year I expect she will have filled in perfectly! I recommend them unreservedly.

Christopher and his team are absolutely stellar! I have a very tall Monterey Cypress in my backyard that required major pruning, along with a variety of smaller trees that had to be removed. Chris and his team tackled it all within a few hours. It was awesome to witness them work together - pruning those massive trees is no joke! Chris has built a truly skilled and solid team. Couple that with his prompt communication and punctual timing - it's awesome! Highly recommend!

Chris and the Trees Company team did a great job pruning our trees. He was quick and responsive with the initial quote and provided several revised quotes as we refined the scope of work. They showed up promptly as scheduled, worked very efficiently and did a beautiful job. They cleaned everything up completely - the yard was neater when they finished than when they got here! I can't recommend them enough - beautiful work, good value for the price.

I can't recommend Trees Company strongly enough. Chris came onsite to review the work needed to be done (significant trimming of large Metrosideros tree in back, row of privet trees and strawberry tree in front). His bid was fair, timely, and better than another estimate I'd received. His arborist Duncan, along with Julie and Herman, did a great, efficient job - and were very friendly and communicative, ensuring their progress was as I wanted it and making excellent suggestions along the way. I look forward to using them again in the future.

Chris gave me a good quote based on photos I sent him. He booked the appointment in as soon as he had availability and he did a great job pruning a tall tree, removing a dead tree and trimming a large shrub. Highly recommend.

I recently had major problems with a number of arborvitae in my yard. Of the 16 trees, I had problems with 5 at first, then 3 more. I had heard good things about Trees Company and called to ask for an on-site visit by their arborist. The owner arranged an appointment within two days. He showed up, masked and ready to assess the situation. He examined all 16, and the 8 trees that needed attention. After checking them out, he provided a very clear, easy-to-understand explanation and his recommendation. He provided a treatment plan, in writing, for the trees. The owner and his crew arrived at pre-arranged time the next morning and expertly handled what I thought was a lost cause.
The owner and crew were very professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a tree or bush problem.

Trees Company gets all my business. They're not the lowest price, but they're by far the highest value. Chris and his crews are true professionals, carefully pruning, removing and extricating trees from my tight SF backyard, and leaving the yard better than when they started. They show up right on time, ask the right questions, and complete their work quickly and cheerfully.

We contacted Trees Company to get an estimate to kick off our backyard project (needed to clean up a large tree and remove several smaller trees). Shortly after we completed their online contact us questionnaire, we were contacted to schedule an onsite visit so they could see first hand what needed to be done.

The arborist arrived on time, was nice and offered input on how to achieve what we were needing/looking to do. We received a written estimate via email 1 business later. In the end, we chose to go with another company but would highly recommend Trees Company as well. They are extremely professional and responsive to your needs!
