Trico Long Distance Movers

I've used Trico for cross country moving from west coast to east coast and then east coast back to west coast. Both times they were always responsive and called to double check there was someone to receive my vehicle. From east to west. I was surprised the vehicle arrived in 4 days. I would definitely recommend trico due to reliability and responsiveness. There is also a discount on the vehicle if you plan to move the personnel items as well.

I used Trico for a long distance move from San Francisco, CA to New York City. I would recommend this company to ANYONE looking to do a cross country move. The team was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, and reassuring before the move began - they called me multiple times to confirm and explain the process of the long move. I was also informed every single day of the trucks location once it was on the move. The were very diligent with their care of my belongings, and one thing of mine did break but they paid me back immediately. The movers were extremely nice and cautious (I watched them wrap my concrete table and they covered every single edge before wrapping it). The prices are also extremely reasonable compared to other companies I called. Highly recommend!

Trico was very professional. I called them about 2 weeks before the move, and they gave me a very reasonable quote, which was cheaper than my other options. They provided me an estimated date with 2 day window for pickup. Later they narrowed down the date.

The driver gave me a head up the night before, and arrived on time on the scheduled day. He quickly examined the car and loaded it to his truck. It only took 3 days for the car to arrive. We are very satisfied with the service.

They are movers themselves, instead of a broker. I contacted a few brokers before, and they could not give me a relable date to pick up my car. I was a little worried they would not pick up before my flight. Trico instead knows the concern of the customers. They provided updates every step of the process to assure.

My first time using long distance movers within a 3-day period, so I was concerned. However, I would rate the Customer Service a 10! Both Drivers who transported my Jaguar did great! They coordinated with my requested timeframe request for the car pick up from my daughter's house, as she has other obligations in the day. I really appreciated that and also calling prior to the pickup & dropoff. Also, everyone who I spoke with at Trico were friendly starting with Jim (in Sales), were all upbeat and assuring that my Jag would be fine from Sacramento to Chula Vista.

Trico wasn't the lowest price, prolly average from my research shopping it. Customer Service is big for me though. Thank you for following up, Mr. Mendes. Both Jesse & other Driver were completely awesome! Also, Dena, Jeff, and other lady forgot name, provided awesome customer service by telephone and answered my questions! Someone was always reachable. Finally, I received my car in good shape and Thank You again! I would definitely recommend Trico!

Used Trico for a cross country move from Boston to San Francisco area. I had a full pack and move. They were very professional throughout the process. Showed up on time and did phenomenally careful packing. Kept me in the loop during the move. On the other end, delivered and unpacked everything without missing a single item. Our beautiful wood furniture arrived without a scratch. Highly recommend them.

I've used this service provider on 3 occasions and each transport was excellent. My vehicles were taken care of in a professional manner and the drivers were always friendly.

Considering everything that has occurred in the last few months, I truly do not think half of these accomplishments would have been possible without the professional assistance of these movers. We were asking for a lot to whichever company that we decided to hire and it was for this very reason that we spent so much time weighing our options. The most important issue for us was meeting our deadline, which included finding a group of movers that were reliable enough to move all of our furniture into a new house in less than three weeks.

The job started the day after we gave these guys a call and spoke to the representatives over the phone. They provided us all of the information that we inquired about and even provided us with a list of options to choose regarding insurance and damage protection. This was optional and was only if we had expensive or fragile belongings that we wanted to make sure would be reimbursed if it were scratched or broken. Fortunately however, none of our things received any sort of physical wear and we could not have been happier with this result.

The last few days seemed to be the time frame which mattered most, this was the time where we were either going to make or miss our deadline to move into the new location. The first week we had requested only a team of four workers to come by and help us out, but near the last week we had an additional two people which made a huge difference. We decided to request the assistance of two extra workers because it seemed like we still had too much furniture to move in such a short time. These guys were very easy to communicate with and were also a delight to work with, would definitely hire them again.
