Triton Appliance Repair

Noticed that my fridge wasn't fridging properly. I called up Triton to schedule an inspection and they responded very promptly. Day of, they even asked if I was available to get inspection early. The technician Robert came surprisingly punctually, was very nice, and explained the details. Then gave a very reasonable price range to fix a broken fan in the fridge. Then we scheduled another meting.

Next appointment, he came back and fixed everything in about 20 minutes, almost insanely fast, and noted everything should be in working order over the next day, and to note if anything went wrong.

Unfortunately, the fridge wasn't entirely fixed, and I called them up again for another inspection. Robert gave me a call day of, saying he figured out the problem, noting that there was some proprietary limitations that required installing another fan, and set up another schedule to fix everything.

Final schedule, he fixed everything again in record time at no extra cost. And my fridge is properly working now!

I was flipping between 4 or 5 stars, but given how rare it seems for businesses own up to their mistakes and also remain punctual. I'd say the service alone was worth it.

Excellent service! Secured an appointment within minutes of my request. The technician Robert arrived a little early - which worked out perfectly for me - and was friendly, communicative, and competent. He had the parts on hand to fix our washing machine and completed the job in a timely manner. Couldn't be more pleased by his professionalism and expertise.

Would anyone have liked to wake up and realize the dishes are still dirty in the dishwasher? Not me! I have a busy life with a toddler and limited time for house chores. So I contacted Triton early in the morning and they responded right away scheduling my appointment for the afternoon. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed my dishwasher promptly and offered the solution in the spot. It appeared that the drain line was clogged. He cleaned the drain line and voila - our dishwasher is working smoothly again! The price was reasonable and service was great. I will definitely contact Triton for my future repairs!

We had an issue in the spark module for our cooktop. Robert diagnosed the issue very quickly. He was very professional and proficient in his work. He was helpful to put everything back together and gave us useful tips to maintain the cooktop. Highly recommend.
