Triton Appliance repair

I recently used Triton for washing machine repair services, and I'm very satisfied with the experience working with them. Their communication was prompt and the repair work outstanding.
Veet was the technician who worked on our project and he was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the issue correctly and explained it well. The repair was done fairly quickly as soon as the parts arrived. The cost of the repair was higher than average but considering the quality of the work it was reasonable. Highly recommend.

The bake element on our very old Dacor oven was not working so we had called a few repairmen and they either didn't work on Dacor or just did not show up for the appointment but then we were referred to Tritan Appliance Repair. Jack, from Triton, not only showed up on time but came on Memorial Day, as we needed the repair to cook before guests came later in the day. Jack was extremely courteous, professional and fixed the issue as well as a couple of other minor issues without any replacement parts.

My dishwasher stopped draining. I called Triton Appliance Repair and they scheduled me for the next day. Jack, the repair tech, arrived promptly and diagnosed a faulty drain pump. Triton ordered a new pump and installed it in a few days. The dishwasher works perfectly now.
One more word about Jack: he is friendly and knowledgeable. I got stuck in a traffic jam before our first appointment. We texted and he waited for me even after I told him I understood if he needed to go to another call. He's a good guy and a talented tech.

Appliances tend to work until one day a bunch break at once, which is what happened with us. The Triton guys came in on short notice and fixed our kitchen appliances quickly, professionally, and cleanly. I really appreciated that the kitchen was as clean as before they got here (and we just had the kitchen cleaned).

A couple of places turned me away for the wine cooler, and I thought we'd have to get a new one, not a huge deal but I didn't want to deal with it... Vladimir & Kostya from Triton quickly soldered some valve together (or apart?), filled it with freon and were on their way.

I really appreciate Jack!! He went way above and beyond to fix my microwave. Three other technicians (other company's). came before him. One said it was the breaker (electrician disagreed). The other one replaced a spark gaits inside and said that was the problem, nope. Didn't fix it.

Jack actually opened the front, tested a bunch of parts , plugged it into another plug and spent an hour analyzing the problems. He replaced a fuse and fixed a door latch and we are up and running again.

They were very professional, arrived within the preset window and fixed the issue in a timely fashion. Happy with their service!

I want to share how great my experience was with Triton. Great repair advice! Figured out what was going on with my washer and next steps. Technician really knew what he was talking about and was professional. Shout out to Jay at "command central" - on the phone who made it easy to schedule and handled my questions thoughtfully!!
