Our LG fridge compressor stopped working and our food was going bad. Vitalii send updates when he was coming, he came on time and had the right compressor for the LG Fridge.

Vitalli did a great job and now our fridge is working again. He also told us what he was doing as part of this fix.

Rovshan Shafiyev and I had several conversations after I called him for a repair on a Cafe Induction double oven range - a repair that was new to him. Other repair bids were pretty high, but he seemed very reasonable. His price on the part and his per hour rate were better than his competitors. He did some research and he came out and did the repair. He was clearly skilled at what he was doing. All went smoothly and the range is doing what it is supposed to do. Everything associated with the transaction went smoothly, from the original contact, to the part's order, to scheduling, and paperwork. He is congenial and neat. Couldn't ask for more. Will be a repeat customer. Definitely recommend.

Elnur came by to help to look at our AC unit that had failed. The problem turned out to be with the electrical lines. Elnur recommended that we get an electrician to fix the issue. Once it was fixed by an electrician, he came by a second time to ensure everything was working fine. Extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend Your Appliance Repair!

Update: Rovshan reached out after reading this review. Actually it was his technician who came to repair our hood (my bad, I thought it was Rovshan himself since the technician responded to that name). He agreed the technician should have provided an estimate before doing the work. He voided the $245 check I had paid previously and issued an invoice for $85 instead (which I paid). Rovshan cares about his customers, and makes a sincere effort to earn their trust.

Rovshan came in to repair our hood. He said he'd take a look and let me know what the issue was, and how much it would cost to repair. He did none of that, directly repaired it (took all of 10 mins since It was a loose wire) and said I had to pay $295 for labor charges. I was stunned, seeing the look on my face he said he'd give me a discount so I'd have to pay $245. Nowhere on his website I could find their labor charges. I was willing to pay him his visit fee ($85) for just taking a look and giving a quote. Instead I got tricked into having to pay $245 in a sneaky manner.

Do not recommend these guys. No transparency, they will cheat you in a sneaky manner.

We were very pleased with Rovshan's service on our aging SubZero refrigerator. It needed the door realigned so it would properly seal and a new ice maker installed. The work was precise and reasonably priced and Rovshan was a delight.

After writing my review about not hearing back from the company, the owner, Rovshan, called me within a couple of hours of the post! He apologized and assured me that Elshan would come back and he wouldn't charge me for the extra trip out. I was truly impressed with the professionalism. Elshan was out the next day and diagnosed the issue.
