Ken at the Twin Peaks Auto Care is fantastic. When I received a "check tire pressure" message in my car, Ken filled all four tires with air the first time, and then when I received the same message again, he had one of the mechanics fix my tire that had a nail in it for just $20. It truly eased my mind to have my tire fixed and greatly appreciated their fast and friendly help.

Absolutely the best! Ken is a great guy that is always willing to help. As I'm waiting for him to talk to me, I see him dispense free service for small fixes as he is diagnosing issues. I'm a bit of a DIYer and I go to Ken when I need major work done that is out of my capabilities. For my Lexus LS460, he changed out the front suspension control arms. I wanted the latest stronger control arms and the dealer and other independent shops would not do the work for me since the parts did not exactly match the VIN. Ken reviewed my research from the Lexus Car Forums and signed on to do the work. Ken runs an honest shop and charges very reasonable prices. Doesn't price gouge on parts and passes along the savings to you.

Ken at Twin Peaks is incredible to work with. He's quick to review and is helpful in diagnosing the problem. We had several things needing to be fixed in our car and he thoughtfully walked us through our options, the different price points, and was honest about what needed to be fixed immediately vs. nice to haves. When we had a big repair, the car was in and out in a day. He's competitively priced and great service.

Once Twin Peaks Auto Care started accepting Apple Pay--I became and even bigger fan of this small neighborhood gas station. They also have a tire pump station and a clothing donation bin! Their convenient location in the middle of SF makes it an easy option when you need quick gas. Not always the cheapest spot in town, but decently fair based on convenience factors.

Ken and his team are fantastic people. When working with him, he is an honest mechanic. This is hard to find nowadays because many just want to make a buck more than the care of the clientele. Ken is different. He would tell you what is wrong and how much it would cost to repair with pros and cons. That is what I can appreciate from an honest mechanic.

HONEST AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Two things that are hard to come by and many businesses lack, especially good customer service. Last month, my car started making noises. I used a FIXD device to diagnose. Result showed there was a problem with cylinder 4 backfiring. Informed Ken of result when I brought car in for inspection. Was pleasantly informed by Ken there was no cylinder backfiring, but new spark plugs were needed. This weekend my car began to make sound again when idling. I called Twin Peak Auto Sunday night leaving a message for appt to bring car in. Ken returned my call within 10 mins. He told me he was booked till Wednesday but offered to rearrange appts to squeeze me in on Tuesday. This time I needed a new alternator. Last but not least, his prices are very reasonable!

I live just around the corner from Twin Peaks Auto Care which made me suspicious about this little auto shop on the corner -- by the size of the place, it looks like they couldn't handle anything more than an oil change. To say I was pleasantly surprised with their capabilities would be an understatement. I was most pleased by their attention to detail and shocked at the "no upsell" attitude. I took #BettyWhite, my faithful companion of 18 years, a Toyota Echo, there for some much-needed attention. She needed a tune up, oil change, updated water pump, belt replacements, right mudflap repair, the brakes were "making noise", and the rear-upper brake light needed a new bulb. Ken, who appears to manage the shop as well as being one of their capable mechanics, capably delivered on all the above. In addition, he was willing to re-examine/adjust the car with minor tweaks after the initial repair. (One of the belts was squeaking and needed adjustment.) I'm content that I found a #reliable and #affordable #mechanic in my neighborhood. #TwinPeaksAutoCare

I've been going to Twin Peaks for years and they are seriously the best. They have helped my family with all kinds of cars, from Volvo XC90 to a Prius to an old Ford Ranger. They have great service, good prices, and better yet, sound advice when you need to make tough choices. Fast and honest, a combination increasingly hard to find in SF.

Came here for an oil change. People here are professional and courteous. Make an appointment and got out in about half an hour. Will come back again.

My wife takes her car at Twin Peaks Auto Care several times in the last couple years and they did a good job in maintaining her 2006 Acura RDX.

We live in Oakland now so we more regularly go see a guy in the East Bay, but we were really happy with their work and pricing at Twin Peaks.

Ken is awesome. I always feel that I'm not being ripped off. Plus he''s a really nice guy. Thanks Ken!!!
