Vasquez painting did a very good job on our painting project. They sanded, power washed, and painted our front stairs. The job took a day to complete. We will be contacting them in the future!

Great job staining multiple doors. Came back the next day to clarify an issue (was my misunderstanding as to what happened). Absolutely zero complaints, will and am hiring again.

We had 4 paint jobs needed at home: repainting the back of the house and the window frames, painting and caulking of a small interior wall, painting our interior stairs, and putting up dry wall and painting the walls of those interior stairs. I found Luis and his team through Yelp, and I'm so glad that I did! Top notch, high quality work, and he gave me the best price out of all of the other bids. They were going to start a week after we spoke, but he was able to actually accommodate us and start a couple of days after we met! He and his team were responsive and kind throughout, Luis always communicated with me when going over details and suggestions. They took 3 days to get all of the work done, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I will definitely be contacting Luis and his team again for future paint projects and/or dry wall services. Thank you so much, Luis!

Luis did an outstanding job painting re-staining an exterior wooden fence and staircase, and repairing an interior drywall. The workmanship is excellent, he and his team were attentive and punctual, and the communication was great. I would not hesitate to hire Luis again for future projects.

Luis repainted our entire house facade, 2 decks, and garden railing. He guarantees his work -- a few bubbles came up on the hot parts of the black/dark grey top surfaces of the deck and he came back and made the touchups and repairs free of charge.

We've had a leaking gutter that led to our exterior paint bubbling up. We looked for a painter to repaint the front of our home after we fixed our gutter and found Luis through here.

Luis was one of the first to contact me Re my condo move out paint with a quote and immediately made an appointment to meet me and walk the space. It was clear he is very experienced and thorough, gave me a great quote that was below others. Before this job even started I saw I needed to do some emergency painting on my new property, and Luis responded straight away and came up with a sequencing that finished my two rooms that had furniture coming on move date. He then started on my original job on the condo, wrapped up ahead of schedule and then finished the rest of my new house also ahead of schedule. Throughout the process he was always responsive, his crew were courteous and efficient, he also pointed me to things I didn't notice (cracks, bad patch job from before) and was very helpful and transparent in suggestions with cost and speed trade offs. Both my old condo and new house look great and I would definitely recommend Luis for any interior paint job.
