Shirley’s 5-star review: I bought a house last summer with one of those old school plastic shower stall in the guest bathroom. It made the space dark and cheap looking but I didn't know how to change it up without doing a whole bathroom renovation. I called around and talked to a few places, Jay was the most responsive and first to show up to take a look. He very quickly suggested knocking down the stall and rebuild the shower space with tiles and glass enclosure. His quote was the most competitive and I felt comfortable going ahead. He then suggested tiles with exact measurement and I ended up spending a lot less than otherwise anticipated. When the crew came for demo and tiling work, he was quick, polite, and left the place spotless when he was done with a completely rebuilt tiled shower space. We then had a little back and forth on the right glass enclosure - Jay ended up getting one I found online but he did all the re-work incl. some tile replacement and re-grouting for no extra cost. All in all the project was right on budget and took about a week without counting the wait time for the glass enclosure. The finished look is elegant, modern, and cheaper than my expectation based on Bay Area renovation horror stories. I would definitely consider Jay again for my future renovations and would recommend him to anyone needing a home improvement job well done. -

Shirley’s 5-star review: This is my go to place to board my two dogs and this review is long overdue! Once the dog(s) pass an initial interview process, it's walk in for daycare and easy email booking for boarding. While the rate can get pricey with late drop off and pick up charges (past cut off time), my dogs always have a fantastic time and I can rest easy knowing how much the staff love and care for all the dogs + even with one of my dogs needing 2x seizure meds a day. Diego especially is my and my dogs' favorite, he shows such thoughtfulness that I know my dogs are in good hands. One time one of my dogs slipped out of his collar after we exited the building, as he wandered into the street as I was busy handling my other dog, Diego dashed out to help catch my dog and made sure we are all safe! Also it's a bonus to be able to see all the dogs on their IG which is updated every weekday with plenty of photos and videos from the day. -
Shirley’s 5-star review: Alves did my move out cleaning and it was great! Their quote was attractive and the online portal very easy to use. There are a lot of individual items to specify on the portal. I found them much more responsive on text vs Yelp messenger and I had timely communication on the day of cleaning. The job was thorough and now my place looks spotless ready for rent. Will definitely recommend these guys -
Shirley’s 5-star review: Luis was one of the first to contact me Re my condo move out paint with a quote and immediately made an appointment to meet me and walk the space. It was clear he is very experienced and thorough, gave me a great quote that was below others. Before this job even started I saw I needed to do some emergency painting on my new property, and Luis responded straight away and came up with a sequencing that finished my two rooms that had furniture coming on move date. He then started on my original job on the condo, wrapped up ahead of schedule and then finished the rest of my new house also ahead of schedule. Throughout the process he was always responsive, his crew were courteous and efficient, he also pointed me to things I didn't notice (cracks, bad patch job from before) and was very helpful and transparent in suggestions with cost and speed trade offs. Both my old condo and new house look great and I would definitely recommend Luis for any interior paint job. -

Shirley’s 5-star review: I needed to rekey my front door to rent out my place to new tenants, Alex responded to my Yelp project super fast and fit me in on the same day. He provided an initial quote and was responsive throughout the day before my appointment. After he examined my door, he pointed out what the last locksmith did wrong. I was not surprised given the last guy messed up part of my door. Alex was very thorough and explained to me in detail what he needed to do. Even though the final total was more than the initial quote, everything made sense and Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend! -

Shirley’s 5-star review: I had a great experience with EOS, like others I was skeptical at first due to the low number of reviews, but reading each detail gave me more confidence. From his first response to my Yelp inquiry all the way to the move, John was super responsive and detailed. On day of move, three guys showed up even a bit before schedule. They were quick, methodical, and careful with all my boxes, furniture, plants, including disassembling two rather tricky queen size beds and then putting them together at my new house. When I needed to adjust rugs under the beds, they were super patient with me and just all around helpful. The whole move took one hour more than John's original estimate but still much lower than other quotes I got. All in all I had a great experience and highly recommend these guys. I did speak Chinese with the crew but am pretty sure communication wouldn't be a problem for anyone with John there. Thanks for making a stressful day very smooth! -
