We do provide service to and from Berkeley. We go by reservation and provide service 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

We used WC Airport Service for our family of 6 for an early morning ride on 12/26 from Lafayette to SFO. This is the 4th or 5th time we've used WC Airport Service and every time they've been great. Matt, our driver texted me that he was on the way (and early) and got us to SFO exactly when we desired. We had signed up for our return to Lafayette, and were confirmed for pickup a day or two before (the usual practice with WC Airport Service). Unfortunately our return flight from Lihue (scheduled to arrive at 9:50pm) was cancelled due to mechanical problems. I called Matt to let him know we had to cancel, but several hours later we were confirmed for a red eye return flight, so I texted him as we were boarding the plane (11:50pm in Kauai-- but 1:50 CA time) asking if he or another driver from WC Airport Service could pick up us at 7:15am. When our flight landed, I had a 4:55am text from Matt that he had passed our request along to the dispatcher, and a second text from WC Airport Service that our driver, Erica, had arrived. Great service from Matt, and also from Erica, who picked us up on a rainy Wednesday morning. Thank you to both of them, and to WC Airport Service for really coming through for us!

Oh no 0Jan 5, 2022Previous reviewWe used Walnut Creek Airport Service on 12/26/21 to go from Lafayette to SFO and on 1/3/22 from SFO to Lafayette. The service was on time, the vehicle size was as ordered, and goth drivers were great, as was the dispatch/text support/communication with us, advising when the driver was on the way, when he had arrived, and directions for pickup at the airport. I recommend Walnut Creek Airport Service as being highly professional and trustworthy. Their pricing is fair and I will definitely use them again.

They send multiple reminders and notifications ahead of time. I really like getting the name and number of the driver in advance. The drivers are on time, courteous and drive safely. This time I had Gino who was a delight. I never have to worry about going to or coming back from the airport when I use this service.

Thomas M.Manhattan, New York, NY4323Aug 31, 2021If I could leave 0 stars I would. We had a scheduled service for 9:30 am this morning. We informed them that we are traveling with a baby and would need an infant car seat. WC airport confirmed via text that they would be at my parents house by 9:30.
At 9:30 there was no one there. We called WC Airport service and they said "the driver would be there any minute." At 9:40 we called again and they said "Sorry we have no driver in the area." Because of this, we missed our flight and had to find alternative car service for a later flight. How could WC airport do this to us? We are traveling with an infant. A really disappointing experience for us. They confirmed via text and call that they would be there at 9:30- then we had to call to find out that there was no car in the area.... ? This happened when we were trying to re-staff after the pandemic. Dispatcher in the review is not with us anymore actually she was let go a week after the missed pick up. We were able to rehire Andrea who’s been with us since 2015. Thankfully we were able to rehire two of our drivers also. Mr. Miller you and your family used are service for 5 years please give us another chance you won’t be disappointed.

WC Airport Service is OUTSTANDING! I've written about their service over 2 years ago. I have used them many times over the past 2 years and continue to use this car service. Why? They are professional, prompt, friendly, very clean cars with diligent drivers!
I want to send a HUGE Thank You to Julian!! He is one of the drivers that I've had the pleasure to to help me more than 8 times. Julian is kind, always handles my luggage, he is prompt and usually early to pick me up on the way to the airport! On the occasions that Julian has also picked me up from SFO airport he has called and texted me that he is at the airport and is there ready to come get me when my luggage arrives. I've used other services and they make you wait such a long time before pick-up when all you really want is to get home!
Efe is a terrific owner and driver! They have a fantastic staff that is so friendly. They offer platinum service service that is consistent and friendly! I have been using WC Airport Service at least monthly since September 2012. They are always on time, many times early. Their town cars and limos are always spotless and very comfortable.
I've used them mainly to the SFO airport and I can rely in them to be prompt when picking me up usually at 5:00AM in the morning. They have never let me down and it is so reassuring knowing they will be here. They pick me up at SFO on my return home. When I land there is always a message that the car is waiting and to let them know when I am here. I can communicate with them by text message so easily. Once I get my luggage I text them again with the for number and they are usually there in minutes.
Efe and the other drivers know their way around the Bay Area and take alternate routes when traffic backs up - which we know it does does a lot! They've even taught me a few new shortcuts.
The drivers are professional and very thoughtful. I never touch my luggage! There is always cold bottled waters in the car too.
I've used them for a outing into SF for a play and the service was outstanding! I took family members out for a treat and their limo and awesome service was the icing on cake to a great event!
Paying with a charge using Square One is terrific and getting the receipts by email makes submitting expense reports easy. I arrange for all my pick ups with the owner Efe by text message. He can be relied on to respond timely and books my pick-ups. I usually send a reminder email for a pick up when coming home and Efe always responses that I am scheduled! Talk about making me confident that they will pick me up!

I recently contracted with the WC Airport Service to pick up a family of 5 from the Oakland Airport. It was a pleasure working with Andrea who assured me that they could provide the proper child safety car seat for a child of 34 lbs. I was not in the car, but my family reported that the car was prompt and the driver was courteous. This service might be slightly pricey, but it relieved me of lots of headache!

Tomy T.San Francisco, CA16418Aug 30, 2012It's hard finding a good, reliable and well-priced towncar service from the East Bay. I have tried numerous companies and after using each a few times, they always fail me.
I decided to try a new one and took a chance with WC Airport Service. What a pleasant surprise! What you get is a clean ride, a towncar (you'd be surprised how many companies advertise towncar service and then what you get is a CAR service, like someone's own personal Toyota), a friendly owner who is very courteous when making a phone booking, and a technologically hip business. This company uses an iPhone and a Square Card Reader to pay for the ride. How awesome! You don't even need to calculate the tip - the Square system allows you to select the tip percentage.
The driver picked me up on time and was friendly, nice and drove safely. Could not have asked for more!
