      I believe I reviewed this wonderful establishment several years ago when my new fireplace was installed. If not, shame on me. If this review is my second, it is well deserved.
      Ina nutshell, it was Phil to the rescue on a worn/failed receiver and a goofy-acting remote. Things wear out...and the controller for our fireplace appeared to do just that. Normal stuff for something that is used regularly.
      When we bought our replacement receiver and remote, we had another company (recommended by Warm Elements) set it up for us since Warm Elements had a bit of a backlog at that time. All seemed well, but the cool weather was over so everything sat unused for a few months. When the weather cooled enough to justify using our fireplace, I found it not working.
      After contacting Warm Elements, I was sent video links that very clearly explained several troubleshooting procedures.
      Wrapping up, it was quickly made clear that our new remote had failed. Though it looked like it may have had some physical damage, I cannot recall anything happening to it. Who knows...
      Regardless, Phil kindly replaced our remote and simply brought everything back to first class condition.
      My every experience with Warm Elements has been great. Like every business, successes of that businesses is based on the people...and the people at Warm Elements are the best!

      Ordered and paid for an electric fireplace. Was quoted 2 weeks lead time. 4 weeks later, still no fireplace. I started calling, emailing and Phil promised updates but had to chase him multiple times for updates. He said the manufacturer was experiencing delays. A few more weeks go by and we asked for a refund, Phil said ok and he would call us back to process the refund but never did.

      Ended up disputing the credit card charge since these guys did not deliver the product nor process the refund, as requested. We ordered the fireplace online, which arrived within days. It's a shame since we were willing to support a local business instead.

      Buyer beware. We ordered our chimney cover in December and after several due dates that come
      And go, endless emails and calls not responded to a several lies, we had s enough.

      This person continues to take money from customers with out any intention to give the product they purchased.
      And now his phone is offline. People get your money back asap.

      Like others here we appear to have been fleeced by Phil Cushman as well. Now the phone number is out of service.

      Stay clear of this company and the owner.

      We placed an order on December 27, 2023. We were told our fireplace would take 8 weeks. Phil subsequently came to our house and supposedly took the necessary measurements. However, when we contacted him in March to see if our fireplace had come in, he told us that he needed another measurement. In other words, the order had not been placed. He promised that the fireplace was still coming.

      It has now been nearly 8 months and we are still waiting. We have received sporadic emails designed to string us along, but nothing concrete. Although Phil's sister, who works in the store, has been very kind and solicitous, she is never knowledgeable about order status and we have had to repeatedly chase Phil down in order to get an update.

      He doesn't respond to emails unless you physically go to the store and cause a scene. No matter now, as it appears everything he has told us has been one lie after another. Judging from some of the other reviews, this is a common theme.

      Yesterday he responded to an email regarding the status of our order and instead of providing the tracking order for the fireplace that was supposedly shipped on August 9th, he told my husband he was unavailable due to a family issue. I thought this seemed strange so I called the store. It says the number has been disconnected. Perhaps they are going out of business? Whatever the reason, I'm so disgusted and appalled that a local family business, whom we supported and tried to give the benefit of the doubt at every turn, would string us along like this for months. I was really looking forward to our fireplace and did not want to believe that someone could be this dishonest. We are in the process of negotiating our refund with the credit card company. What a headache. Do not order from this company.

      Ordered /paid (4k) for a fireplace insert and received poor service. In fact the owner Phil processed my order and over 120 days got the run around with lots of excuses/ no return calls. I had to go down to the store two times because he would not return my calls regarding the receipt of my order. When I went to the store he promised the insert was on the way. I did receive a call from Phil that he received the insert. Only to cancel the day before install after waiting 2 weeks for the installer. Phil said he received the wrong size insert and did not notice when delivered to the store. In the end had to dispute the charge. I would not recommend this store.

      I was in the market to upgrade my fireplace from a traditional wood fireplace but wanted to go with gas. I went to their showroom located in downtown campbell and was impressed with the selection and options available. Based on what we wanted to achieve and the construction plans for the fireplace, Phil recommended a few options. We ending up going with the glass doors with a mesh door along with converting our traditional fireplace to a gas one. We chose some nice realistic logs and a system that requires a battery unit so no additional electrical is needed. Phil is very knowledgeable and Todd did a great job with the installation.

      Big recommendation for Warm Elements. I came to Phil wondering if he could provide a solution to the very outdated and unconventional fireplace in my condo. The photos tell the story! We did have delays due to supply chain issues, but once delivered it was clear these are very high quality doors and the installation (a bit tricky in a 30-year-old home where angles have shifted) was first rate. (Tile is by Monteiro Tile, at Phil's suggestion)

      After browsing through several stores in search of a new gas fireplace insert, we finally settled on working with Phil at Warm Elements in Campbell. Phil was very knowledgeable and patient to help us understand all the available options and answer all of our questions. He explained all the steps involved for the needed gas, electrical, and tile contractors and even provided all the recommendations, which worked out great for us.

      When the insert arrived, we had just finished installing the ledgestone that would surround our new gas insert. Phil followed up to make sure everything completed successfully and to our satisfaction. Our new fireplace looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Phil and Warm Elements!
