Went to use the self serve car wash, machines don't take credit cards. Oh well, there is an ATM to withdraw cash and a change machine for bills. Spent the $3 service fee to withdraw a crisp, new $20 bill. Change machine wouldn't accept it. After 10 attempts, I gave up and drove home having wasted fuel, time and $3.

I'll drive the extra distance to Walnut Grove next time and use the Great Canadian Car Wash.

Decent place. Clean, vaccums work great.
Always busy so they must be doing something right.

      ***WORSTCAR WASH EVER!*** :(
I've been to plenty of car washes, this is absolutely the worst one in the lower mainland. I used their soft cloth wash, half my car came out dirty, no joke! The machine never even touched my car, it's just an average size car, nothing special, but the girl had every excuse in the book why my car didn't get washed. Although she was polite, I asked for a refund, should declined, instead she offered me, to fill out a report! Absolutely useless (less than USEFUL)! The $17 I spent, I consider it a donation to their bankruptcy fund, because the way they operate they will be out of business sooner or later!
      PS: 1 is too many!

The aged sticker on the change machine that they didn't accept $5 bills due to RCMP investigation of fraudulent bills should have been my first indication to go elsewhere. Once I got change for my now $10 bill and tried to use a vacuum, I understood why they didn't accept $5 bills: The non-functioning vacuums will eat up your $3 and once you've done that a couple times, you needed more than $5. No attendant on duty. I don't recommend this business, but I do recommend WashWorld invests in some vacuum repairs.

Bad stuff: The machine for soft cloth was not accepting any payments so we settled for the touch less. BAD IDEA. We got into the touch less and everything seemed ok, soap, water pressure, dryer. We checked out how good (bad in this case) of a job it did and the car was still dirty. You expect going through a car wash that your car gets cleaned, the car looked just as dirty going in. Not only that, we paid for the best wash which was 20$. What a waste of money. I advise to NEVER go touch less, that's basically what you get. It was as if our car was not touched by any cleaning products.

Good stuff: being able to drive out of that terrible wash was the only good thing to happen.

Shame I still have to provide a star. Zero would be the acceptable rating in this case. Thank for for nothing Wash World. :)

Used the self wash and it really did a nice job. The biggest downside is it's a toonie for two minutes. The time limit really restricts you to a fast scrub and quick rinse. I used the wax and it did a good job. To do your car quickly it will cost a minimum of 12 bucks.

The worst car wash I have ever had. I paid $17 for the mid range touchless carwash. It did not even clean the back of my Jeep. The soap barely went on to the back of my Jeep. My Jeep still looks filthy. I chose touchless because the last time I did a soft touch car wash here, it left swirl marks in my black paint and I had to pay $400 to get it detailed. If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Took my vehicle through today and paid 17 dollars for one of the more premium washes available. Lots of dirty spots left on my car. Would not recommend.
