We had a clogged kitchen sink and a broken garbage disposal. They responded immediately with availability. Showed up right on time and communicated throughout. Chris was able to identify and correct issues previous plumbers and appliance repair guys had failed to.
I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I called around 8am for an appointment and was able to get a same day appointment. I was estimated the time of repair between 11am-1pm. Chris came around noon (also gave me a heads up he was on his way) and was able to fix our washing machine. This was the easiest service and repair appointment I've experienced. Thank you Chris and I will definitely use WAVE again for any further appliance repair. There prices were great too.

Fast response and quick scheduling to repair my Samsung oven igniter. Repair person came within the window of the time stated prepared with tools and parts for the job. Wasn't the cheapest quote I got but it was honest and mid level compared to others with a good warranty. No hidden or additional fees. Will consider using them again for other appliance repair jobs.

Wave Appliance was amazing - responsive and affordable. Stephan was reliable, honest and efficient! He had to come back the following day as my dryer was coin operated and he needed the key to access the internal functions. Since there wasn't anything wrong with it after he diagnosed it, he still only charged me the initial diagnostic fee even though he had to come twice! I would use them again for my appliance repair needs!

I asked for an oven repair. They responded promptly with a very reasonable initial charge to be applied toward the repair if possible. They were able to come out sooner than any other company because they are open 7 days a week. Sergey texted his ETA, was prompt, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Mission accomplished. Charge was reasonable. Sergey was neat and courteous. He also quoted the cost of another appliance repair while here.

Amazing service. Chris came to fix my oven a few weeks ago, and i asked him if he can also take a look at my dishwasher that was also not working. No problem! He fixed both of them, and the process was so smooth from scheduling, estimates and finishing the work.

i had to call him back for the oven, and he came today and explained what the issue and got the oven back working at no charge.

I would definitely recommend this company for any appliance repair needs. Great job!

This was the first company to give me an estimate over the phone. And they got back to me in only a few minutes. So, even though I did not use them, I am giving them 5 starts for saving me money - the washing machine I was trying to repair is over 15 years old, so I am going for buying a new one. Other companies told me their "estimate fee" for coming out to check, but often for appliance repair one needs to know the prices for parts and labor.

I called Chris and he was out to my house in less then a hour. He diagnosed the problem and was half the cost of Appliance repairs I received over the phone. I highly recommend Chris a true professional at a very reasonable price.
