WAVE Appliance & HVAC Repair

I called around 8am for an appointment and was able to get a same day appointment. I was estimated the time of repair between 11am-1pm. Chris came around noon (also gave me a heads up he was on his way) and was able to fix our washing machine. This was the easiest service and repair appointment I've experienced. Thank you Chris and I will definitely use WAVE again for any further appliance repair. There prices were great too.

It was really stressful to find the right people to help with my oven repair. Thankfully, WAVE Appliance made the process really seamless. When I requested a quote, I appreciated that they clearly communicated pricing and the potential cost of an igniter repair.

Scheduling was also a breeze; we coordinated via text, and Chris confirmed the appointment time. They arrived promptly within the promised repair window. Additionally, they brought their own booties to protect my floors and were quick with the repair. We completed everything in one session, which I really appreciated.

Scheduling was fast and easy. I was given a time frame in which the tech was to arrive to assess the work for my dryer. Tech sent me a text with his ETA. Tech arrived within the time frame given. Stephan was easy to work with and was in and out within a little over an hour. My dryer is no longer making noise and I'm happy. Thank you.

So far so good! They are very responsive, communicate progress well, and are in the process of completing the project. I like the way that they let you know that they are on their way so you're not just hanging out for hours.

Chris responded within minutes of my Yelp request for repair of my gas stove, and he arrived within the promised timeframe the next day. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and even showed me troubleshooting steps I can perform myself in the future. The cost was amazingly inexpensive! I took a business card so I remember to use Wave in the future!

They responded immediately and came ion time on the scheduled appointment. Early actually.

I reached out to WAVE because my dryer was making an obnoxious grinding and squeaking noise as it spun, and they were at my place in less than 2 days to fix the problem. Stephan arrived with the part that was broken in my dryer drum, and resolved it in less than an hour. I appreciated the fact that he brought his own shoe covers, and gave my dryer a nice deep clean as he wrapped up. I also appreciated the fact that he showed us exactly what was broken, and why it was causing so much noise. Service was swift, and his work was great. Highly recommend WAVE for their services.

Our LG refrigerator in door water dispenser would not turn off. We called one repair business and they simply said they don't work on LG. Then we watched a video and it was a very labor intensive tricky job. We called WAVE and they were so responsive and came in 48 hours and repaired it perfectly. They gave us a very fair estimate prior to starting the work (not knowing the extent of the repairs until they looked inside) and that's what we paid. They were on time and texted to let us know they were coming. You simply don't find businesses this well run anymore.

I reached out on yelp for a diagnostic appt. The set up was easy & quick. The technician (Sergey) confirmed he was on the way and came on time. Brought shoe booties. Very respectful. The dryer repair was fast. Mine only needed the fuse. I was a little shocked at the cost but I needed it replaced so went ahead and did it. Sorry did not tip but I felt it could have been a little cheaper.
Next time, I will shop around a little more.

So this is my public apology to Chris and reckoned his services.
We had the nightmare experience of having dishwasher break the night before Thanksgiving. "Panic mode.. Frantic calling around for help"... Enters Chris from WAVE. He came out that evening, looked at unit and stated problem and cost. Turns out a mouse/or rat had tore a major hole in drain line and a portion of drywall from outside. Ok...gross!!! The good and the bad...I wasn't home when Chris came out. I was updated when I got home. My brain couldn't see how a joke in the drain line would stop the dishwasher. My brain also couldn't see how it made sense to pay $260-230... on a repair ... when I could just buy a new one. ‍. Ok, here is where my apology comes in, "I WAS WRONG, CHRIS WAS RIGHT!" Turns out.. the high end dishwasher we have... wasn't broke.. the hole in drainage hose was the problem... And Chris would have handled the problem in 2 days with correct parts. It took us almost two weeks (had to order manufacturer parts) and with parts and labor practically doing ourselves.. Still cost roughly the same price. So, if ever future appliance repair needed and Chris willing to service... I will defer to the professional and bite the bullet with gratitude.
