WAVE Appliance & HVAC Repair

Sergey, WAVE's technician sent me a message 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive. He got to our place on time, diagnosed what was wrong, and initiated the repair immediately. He was prompt, courteous, informative, and completed the repair without delay. 3 months warranty.

I reached out on yelp for a diagnostic appt. The set up was easy & quick. The technician (Sergey) confirmed he was on the way and came on time. Brought shoe booties. Very respectful. The dryer repair was fast. Mine only needed the fuse. I was a little shocked at the cost but I needed it replaced so went ahead and did it. Sorry did not tip but I felt it could have been a little cheaper.
Next time, I will shop around a little more.

Stove element went out, they sent Sergey to investigate. He fixed it in an hour. Would use again.

Our washing machine wasn't working right so we reached out to the the company for an estimate. Quick reply and a technician (Sergey) came out the same week. He was very quick and efficient. Ordered the broken part, returned the following week and done! The price was mid range for the Bay Area. Can't complain and will definitely use them again.

Sergey came over to fix our overheating dishwasher and replaced the heating element. Great job as usual and I can always get a quick appointment. We've had our dryer fixed before and will always use this company!

I asked for an oven repair. They responded promptly with a very reasonable initial charge to be applied toward the repair if possible. They were able to come out sooner than any other company because they are open 7 days a week. Sergey texted his ETA, was prompt, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Mission accomplished. Charge was reasonable. Sergey was neat and courteous. He also quoted the cost of another appliance repair while here.

I got a call back quickly and an appt to fix my dishwasher. I believe it was Sergey who came out and fixed it. He was efficient and cleaned up and most importantly my dishwasher is working perfectly again.

My Bosch dishwasher was giving an E 24 error message - it was not draining properly. I called up Bosch and they said they could have somebody over to look at it but the visit would be $175 and they do not know what it would cost after the person got here. I spent a few hours cleaning out all the pipes, looking for clogs, and draining out the dishwasher manually. It worked fine for a little bit and then the error code came back. I contacted Wave - they were very prompt and schedule an appointment right away. Sergey came today and in a few minutes found out that there was a little blockage in my air gap and now now the dishwasher is working very well. Cost me only $60 - from now on I know to call Wave right away!
