It was really stressful to find the right people to help with my oven repair. Thankfully, WAVE Appliance made the process really seamless. When I requested a quote, I appreciated that they clearly communicated pricing and the potential cost of an igniter repair.

Scheduling was also a breeze; we coordinated via text, and Chris confirmed the appointment time. They arrived promptly within the promised repair window. Additionally, they brought their own booties to protect my floors and were quick with the repair. We completed everything in one session, which I really appreciated.

Our washer was having a balance issue and WAVE appliance was able to make me a next day appointment for evaluation. After Stephan looked at the washer it was determined to need a spring and rod assembly replaced. We went ahead with the fix and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I can now wash heavier cycles with no problem. Highly recommend this company.

The ice maker on my LG was not working properly. Anna at WAVE replied very quickly and we scheduled an appointment that afternoon. Technician Chris texted me when he was 15 minutes out. Showed up right on time and was well prepared. Chris even put shoe covers on.
Chris had the problem diagnosed in about 4 minutes. Small fix. He took a pic of my model number in case we need a part down the road.
This was very good service at a very fair price.

I called in the middle of the afternoon to have my refrigerator fixed. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The repair man was on time and very courteous. He fixed the fridge but it didn't work again after a couple of days. He came out again and said that sometimes the compressor needs something else. I'm writing this late and can't remember why it failed. After a day, the refrigerator stopped working. By the third time I was getting frustrated with my fridge breaking down. The repair man called me and said there was nothing else he could do to fix the fridge. Since I paid for a new compressor, they were nice enough to refund my money. I had problems with my bank depositing their check. They were great at depositing the refund by Zelle. It's great that they knew when to quit and give a refund. I would for sure use them in the future for my other appliances.

Chris (owner), very responsive, very professional, and super nice guy. Got my LG refrigerator ice dispenser working, needs to come back to replace a switch, "pay when I come back"! Highly recommend!

Dishwasher had no power so I did some research on local businesses. WAVE was very prompt in communication, got a service member to my house within the same day and completed the work within an hour of arrival. Highly recommend! Will be using them again for any future issues.
