I had my car detailed at this establishment yesterday and I want to tell you that the staff, at that time, was splendid!! They were so friendly, hardworking and professional.
Honestly, my 2002 Toyota Camry looked almost brand new, inside and out by the time they were done.
I have bragged about them at work, and I know my co-workers will be showing up with their cars too.
I watched the cars before me go through and every one of them got the same wonderful treatment. A guy with a BMW said to me, his car looked so good, he almost didn't want to drive it!!
Thank you and all the guys.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Michele L.Central Vancouver, Vancouver, Canada44Jul 20, 2024
The quality of the wash has deteriorated since it was Oasis Car Wash. I left my car for almost two hours - there was a bit of a wait - and returned to find many spots completely missed including wiping the insides of the door frames, bottom of the outside of the doors, areas on the windows, and the vacuuming of the trunk and edges of the seats. They wanted an additional $15 to clean the dirt off the front bumper and hood which I was able to wipe off with one of their cloths.
Nice enough guys but I won't be returning. My car would be cleaner going through a car wash and wiping it afterwards myself.
Really disappointed.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I came here for the comprehensive car wash. Exterior wash and interior clean, $50+tax.
The wash is good. Hard to complain about the end result. Didnt find any damage to my car either. The interior clean was also good. They basically wiped down all the surfaces, and vacuumed with a shop vac (i saw them do it).
Its not a detailing job, so dont expect a showroom type clean. Its more like a good car wash and interior vacuum at home. For the price, its fine. Better than a drive through wash and self-vacuum for sure, and not a lot more cost. Takes about half hour.
The guy I dealt with was friendly and got the job done.
If I had to criticize something, its the actual facility and Im taking a star off for that. The car wash lane/tunnel is basically a covered driveway. They wash your car there, then drag a shop vac around to vacuum it. It doesnt have the modern professional car wash appearance with built-in vacuums, neon lights and nice decor. Their waiting room/front office is like a run-down trailer park home of a hoarder. Lots of clutter, messy, dilapidated. They also sell used cars from that office, so there were used car customers there too. Its a really weird juxtaposition with luxury vehicles (for sale) parked in front of this run down building situated in a lot that reminds you of a scrap yard.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Eric C.New Westminster, Canada11182721114Oct 1, 2021Updated review
I wanted to give this local business another shot and I'm glad that I did. The service was significantly better and friendlier.
I decided in getting both and exterior and interior wash and everything turned out great. The staff member who did most of the work was on the ball and work efficiently to get everything done in a reasonable amount of time too.
While it might not be the cheapest place to go, I appreciate the smaller details that were taken care of like the door sills and even the cupholders.
I now have a new spot to get my car cleaned when I'm too lazy to do it myself... Which is often.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0Aug 5, 2021Previous reviewWest Coast Wash is offering up free car washes during their opening. Keep in mind, this includes an exterior wash only. I elected to get the interior cleaned as well. It was pricey, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I really shouldn't have, but it wasn't because of the interior cleaning.
The folks working the vacuums were good. They worked quickly and spent time in the nooks and crannies. The exterior team? Brutal. You'd think that since the occupant of the vehicle is inside the car during the exterior wash process, you'd be on your best behavior and be more careful to get soap on the car. I can't even begin to explain how many places were missed while a couple of them laughed and talked about buying weed from different dispensaries. (The topic wasn't the problem. The lack of focus was.) Not to mention the sponges were filthy and no attention was paid to the three bug splats on the windshield. The interior was cleaned, but lint is everywhere.
The final drying team did an okay job, but were not given much of a chance at this point.
I'm really trying not to be overly critical. However, I can't recommend the current squad putting in the "work" here at the moment. Perhaps, as they mature as a business they will find more suitable staff.
I can't believe I paid for this.
In any case, you can get an annual subscription for unlimited washes from here. The prices scale based on the size of your vehicle. Maybe if you go thru two or three times, they'll get all the dirt off. - Johnny L.Vancouver, Canada05Jun 30, 2022
I'm not sure if the owner changed. The first time I visited this car wash place about 6 months ago. Then all the rain in Vancouver and the last time I went the 2nd time is 3 months and yesterday. To be honest. Don't bother. I spent $75 for the quality of a $12 drive in car wash.

The staff is incredibly friendly and did an amazing job on my big very dirty SUV. So much attention to detail! Can't recommend them enough. Will definitely be back!!
