Excellent Service! We hired their services for our event on a last minute and they were able to accommodate us! Their team is very attentive and great attitude! We will hired them again!

We've used Westpark twice now to make parking easier in our east bay neighborhood when hosting parties, and it's the best money spent!

A+ 5/5 stars. We used them for valet at our backyard wedding in Oakland that ended at a second nearby venue for the reception. Additionally we asked for an hour of traffic control help. They aced the assignment. And also importantly, were responsive and willing to work with us during the planning phase. When you have several vendors, it's always a pleasure to work with a professional vendor that asks the right questions and delivers with minimal management. Highly recommend!

We worked with Florence. Superb service and let me tell you why: we were planning a memorial luncheon. Stressful conditions and alot coming at our family to plan. We needed three golf courts and drivers to help elderly people park on street and get up steep driveway. They organized more than we even agreed. Upon every car arriving, a driver and cart were there to tell them where to park, then give a lift to house and up driveway. Florence arranged for delivery of carts and keys night before. None of our friends could be there to receive the carts because they were all at wake. Florence was my go to lady, with whom I worked through the ten days prior for liguisitics. She even gave me her cell number and told me she understood the stressful circumstances and I could call her 24/7 if there was a problem. Everything worked out perfectly, nobody fell and alot of people could not have come without this service. Thank you Florence, the drivers, and Westpark. We hope to use you again, on a more happy occasion.

Sasha has been responding very quickly and has been accommodating in helping us with adjustments to parking. I think it means a lot when a business takes feedback and follows through to make improvements. I have no qualms with working with Westpark Valet at this point.
