I just want to tell you how happy we are with the repair by Andrey the other day. He was professional, competent and replaced the evaporator fan in good time. And now the fridge works as before and even the icemaker is making ice.
Before calling White Crow, we had the "Whirlpool Authorized Repair" company charge us $125 for a trip charge and then quote three times the price of White Crow and 4 times as many parts. Glad we called for a 2nd opinion.

He diagnosed the blown compressor in our LG fridge quickly, had a replacement in the truck, and had replaced it within a few hours. Total cost was very reasonable for a replacement compressor and 2-3 hours of labor. He was very tidy and did not leave a mess.

Fast, efficient, service!
I sent out a handful of Yelp solicitations when my freezer's compressor started making a lot of loud noises. I called late in the day and they were able to get a tech out the next day. Andrei came in, ran a few tests and was able to let us know our problem, which thankfully was a relatively simple fix. I would highly recommend White Crow for appliance repair!

I called them because my old appliances service company went out of business. The lady on the phone was nice and polite and set an appointment for the next day. The service man came out, calling ahead to let me know he was on the way. He quickly found my problem and fixed it immediately. Very reasonable price for the amazing customer service that they do.

Called to schedule an appointment , they sent someone out the same day.
The tech determined what the issue was with my refrigerator and ordered the part.
The part came in in three (3) days, they came back out and did the installation.
