Yogi's Water Heater Repair & Install

Compared to other plumbing companies they ofer a great hours and great prices. I called around to help a friend who was in an emergency situation. I knew one of the guys who worked here a long time ago, so I told my friend I'd be the one to call them. He needed his water heater replaced late on a Friday night.
Most places I called wouldn't even go out at all on weekends.

They helped my friend out at a good rate. they waived the emergency weekend fee for him. They honestly care about customers.

they were great to me on the phone and my friend also had good things to say.
if you can pay cash or check you can avoid a credit card fee.
Glad that I called them because they deserve the business. Honest people who worked around my friend's schedule. Overall they deserve 5 stars. I would give them more if I could.

Who do you turn to when your in need of a new water heater replacement? YOGIS! Not only that but ask for John specifically. John did an excellent job! Not only did he made it possible to get me scheduled in before the weekend (super busy) but he got me the exact model of water heater I was looking for.

I don't really know too much about water heaters but I do know that my old one lasted me a long time and I wanted to MAKE SURE to stick with the brand. John stated that they don't usually sell that type of water heater but since I was dead set on it he would make it happen just for me. And he came through and delivered.

When he came to my place, he was respectful and was very careful when taking out the old one. He pretty much treated it like his own home. Then he was even more careful placing in the new one. AT LAST! Hot water again!

The following day I got a call back from the owner asking how the service was and how John was. I obviously only had great things to say. But it was still nice to know that the owner is involved in the business and that he actually cares how each job was handled. Personally, I feel it goes a long way when a business reaches out to their customers to follow up - not necessarily because something went wrong, but just because. I really appreciated that and it made me feel like a valued customer and they do really care about their work and reputation, thanks again!

My dad hates me for calling someone in but I had to! Normally I call him to help me with anything when my water doesn't turn hot!! I was pissed since our water heater blew out. Anyway, having kids that need to shower, I needed to get it fixed ASAP.

I didn't think I was going to get anyone at 4am but luckily or to my surprise, someone answered and John was at my door around 7am!!!! Thank you!

Anyway, John was definitely informative and walked me through the process of what he was planning to do and how long it'll take for my hot showers to come back! He worked fast, efficient, and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. Before he left, he made sure my water would turn hot seconds after warming it up.

10/10 recommend because this company is really 24/7 and they are extremely easy to make an apt with and easily gets you back your hot showers

Have you ever stepped into the shower, turned on the hot knob, and waited ten minutes slowly waving your hand underneath the running water to feel for when the heat would come? Yeah, that was me.

Apparently my water heater pilot light had gone out. There's a nice little peep hole that one of the Yogis taught me to look into whenever the next time the water runs cold on me again. All we had to do was relight the pilot light but there's a certain type of communication that your water heater does, and it's through those LED lights underneath. Fortunately mine wasn't signaling anything worrisome but that's something to be aware of when relighting your pilot light. A Yogi came by, cleaned up the dust near my water heater and relit my pilot light. All very grateful for the knowledge and service!

I suppose that I can give a decent rating for the experience. That would be the fast callback and quote.

Although they were way too pricey to do business with, he was nice on the phone and straight with his waterheater quote.

Ended up installing on my own for a fraction. But that was pretty much with all of the local installers. So.... lesson is I shouldn't be lazy.

Call Travis first! It will save you time, money, and agony!

I was home alone (on a Saturday!), and the water heater suddenly started spewing out water and was flooding my hall! I instantly went into a panic and lost all ability to critically think. I didn't even know where to begin!

I called a friend who did a quick Yelp! search and sent me a phone number. My first thought was "great, a women home alone -- I am about to get ripped off." I called the number and Travis answered the phone; he was so kind and calm while having a sense of urgency at the same time that I immediately felt that I was in good hands. He quickly calculated an estimate and said he could be over immediately. I, of course, agreed.

I have two crabby old dogs that can be challenging and they had started to react to the leaking water by the time I was off the phone. I was still tending to the dogs and soaking up the water with a stack of towels when Travis arrived; I prepared for chaos, but the dogs seemed to sense he was the help we needed and didn't even bark! As I am trying to adjust to the situation and dry the dogs, Travis has already started in on the water heater (which was completely broken and had to be replaced) and had an estimate and timeline for completion. He actually told me he would handle it from there and not to worry... and I let him!

Knowing NOTHING about water heaters, I was at the mercy of Travis. He asked me what my household hot water needs were and told me the capacity of my broken water heater, and then offered a suggestion. I took his suggestion and he was true to his word: He did take care of all of it, including putting the wet towels in the washroom! Wow. So, I was up and running even before the carpet that was wet from the leak had dried.

However, the best part of all this is that when my boyfriend got home on Sunday he not only said the water heater was a great choice, but that the price was excellent!

I can't say enough about how great it is to have someone answer the phone, have all the answers, arrive as promised, and not go over the estimate. I now have Yogi's phone number in my phone because you never know when you will need a Travis!

For a week, I tried fixing my bathtub which has been draining slowly. A coworker recommended to call Yogi's Water Heater Repair and I decided to give it a try. Travis picked up the phone right away, we spoke briefly, and he provided a quote at a fair price. I was very surprised to hear how friendly Travis is and we scheduled an appointment on the same day after I got off work.

Travis knows what he is doing and completed the job quickly, cleaned up afterward and left me very satisfied. It's hard to find a good plumbing who knows what he is doing, and Travis is obviously knowledgeable and professional. He stayed around a little to make sure the water was running with no problem. My only regret is not calling earlier. I will not delay calling for any clog related problems next time. l Travis you did an amazing job! Thank you!

I don't know why the universe always has things breaking on weekends when it's hard to call someone out. I called Yogi's after doing a quick yelp search. I'm in freak out mode. I wasn't about to take time looking through dozens of pages so I just blindly chose a highly rated one and crossed my fingers. I called them on a Sunday for a broken water heater and they were friendly and able to calm me down. Andy came out to do the work and he was prompt and on time. I appreciate that! In a world where everyone is late even after giving a "window"...being on time is HUGE! Andy was able to replace my water heater and for a very fair price too. I would definitely use them again (but hopefully I won't need to because I can't handle something else breaking on me).

They do an amazing job here. Highly recommended. They are quick at scheduling, give you a quote and help answer all your questions right off the bat. No beating around the bush or prying information from them. Honest and told me everything I needed to know.

I was expecting to not have hot water for a few days but with them it was a different story. They had my hot water working again later the same day I contacted them.

Awesome experience, overall their prices were good too! Would definitely use them again
