Last Saturday, their service guy (who was wonderful, fixed a couple of items and told me my disposal needed to be replaced and wrote down on the invoice, all the information I needed to call SALES. That's when my nightmare began. I tried calling on Tuesday and SALES never returned my call so today, Thursday I tried again and had to call again after 45 minutes and 5 minutes later the SALES guy got back to me and tried to appear he didn't have the invoice in front of him. Note: unlike most companies they provide a service copy and Zajic doesn't. I had to make a copy on my phone.

After, listening to SALES guy mansplaining how important his Sales role is and that he alone can help me. $249.00 and $165.00 service charge. I explained that the Service guy who came out on Saturday said, that I wouldn't be charged for the install because I paid $110 for Saturday's service. I remember because we had a conversation about the no charge.

The SALES know it all, said that will never happen and the charge will be $165.00 service fee. I asked to speak with the Service Department and he told me that the service guy would NEVER talk to me again.

In conclusion, I believe Zajic Service department needs to order their own parts and keep SALES for big ticket items. VERY Poor SALES Department, in my opinion.

Justin was so persistent, when my washer issue was not an easy fix he made sure to get what was needed and get back to me as soon as possible. The professionalism and kindness showed was exceptional. Also thanks to the other (skinny) Justin being able to fit in a small space to help get the job done.

I'm a landlord and my property manager used this company to do a dishwasher repair at my rental. The repairman came out and recommended a repair that costed $476 on a dishwasher that's almost 10 years old. They claim that we approved such a repair. Who in their right mind would recommend repairing a dishwasher that is that old. When a brand new one is $400. And then claim we approved it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! They will rob you blind.

Always get honest advice and fair prices with excellent service both in store and by service and delivery. Hard to find that these days.

I called in and spoke to Natalie. She was very kind and helpful. She said Gary was coming to our home this morning. Gary called as well to let us know he would be arriving shortly. He was right on time. We have a KitchenAid refrigerator that is not very old. None of the lights were working in the refrigerator or freezer. Gary
said it was because one of the refrigerator drawers was connected by its computer component and it had gone out. He disconnected the drawer and all the lights came on. He said that we could fix it and the part was $600 to light up the one drawer that was not lighting up. He said he wouldn't fix it if it was him. All I had to pay was the service visit. I told him how happy I was that he was so honest and professional. He said he's been with the Zajic for over 20 years. The reason why he stays is because the owners want everyone in the company to be honest with her customers and treat them like they would want to be treated. I can see why they have been in business for so many years. I will never have anyone other company out to service my appliances. Thank you Zajic!

Ok My parents have been using Zajic for over 25 years plus!! I had them repair my washer and Dryer!! Fast service to come and Check and
Diagnose problems ! Order parts fast turn around and Finnish the Job ! First person came both times was polite and a great personality. After Repair was done something was wrong with both machines, I called and they sent out their lead tech and then diagnose problems and fix the washer yay and order another part for the Dryer. And this Tech was also nice and we had great conversation. At the end of this process I was completely satisfied with fixing all problems and I'm grateful I will be using them again just like my parents!

I thought it was time for me to buy a new washer and dryer. The gift you have of being able to repair and telling me that I could start washing/drying again made my heart happy. The cost of repair was reasonable, lower than I figured. My washing machine and dryer are working like brand new.

Bought my first washer/dryer from Zajic in 1983, such great experience that in 1984 went back and purchased a refrigerator and stove. Have always received excellent customer service from all employees answering the phone, delivery persons and repairmen. When it's time for new Appliances I will shop at Zajic, thank you again.

Terrible customer service, the gentleman answering the phone was not friendly or welcoming. Put in a service request a week prior to our conversation and got an appointment for another week later.

Thank you Zajic Appliance Service and Sales! I have lived in the Land Park area for the past 17 years and have seen this store, but had never been inside it. I kept thinking that it would just not in keeping up with the all "big box" stores that have appliances and large inventory. Was I wrong! In January, 2024, I was shopping for a washer/dryer combo, Speed Queen. Ryan, the sales associate, greeted me and proceeded to show me the different models. His expertise and knowledge of different makes and models was impressive. I had researched these and he was spot on. I had him order the pair and hold them for after closing on my new house. Unfortunately, after a rough and protracted closing we were unable to sell our house. To our dismay, we had to cancel the Speed Queen order. Ryan was most understanding of our plight. Fortunately, we relisted our house, found a real all cash buyer, and were able to close on our house after eight days. I was able to order the Speed Queen shortly after and Ryan came to the rescue! Our washer/dryer were delivered six days later! Best washer and dryer ever! I actually like doing laundry now! Oh, and they have a great service team as well. Kudos to Ryan and to all the team that is Zajic Appliance!
