I've been giving Zaragoza my family's business for rental properties and personal for years while they've grown. Unfortunately they came out to inspect our commercial commercial water heater because the pilot light that wouldn't stay on. The two technicians fiddled with the water heater for 15 minutes consulted over the phone with their manager and determined that it should just be replaced. They happily provided an estimate for a brand new commercial water heater. I trusted their analysis. When my other commercial plumber walked into the room for a different issue and saw the water heater wasn't working, he told me he would get that water heater working no problem and that that 90% of the time its the thermocouple. We picked up a $10 thermocouple and got it working right away. Now the pilot light stays on and is working fine. I'm disappointed with your technicians analysis and will now question your business methods going forward. I thought we had a good business relationship but with this and your recent work at my parent's home, I am disappointed in how you've handled our recent jobs.

Woke up to no hot water one morning so went to the water heater to see the burner failure light flashing on the unit. Was about to order a part and try to fix it myself but decided to get a professional opinion. I called Zaragoza, who had come to our house to give a free quote for a complete repipe of the house previously, to have a look. I called the office and was quickly told that someone would be at the house within 2 hours to take a look. Jose showed up on time, and not only quickly got the burner fired up, but advised me to call the manufacturer to see if my unit was under recall because of a faulty burner design to get a free replacement part. Unfortunately my unit missed the cutoff by a few months, but it was worth a try. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism of Jose, to take time to come by, get the water heater working, and recommend how to get a free part without charging a dime was truly an exceptional experience. Zaragoza is our plumber from this point on, and I surely do wish I used them for my repipe project. Lesson learned, thanks again Zaragoza team!

We do not recommend. We paid $800 to unclog a toilet. We ended up with a totally scratched toilet that looks terrible. Whole sections are now black (see photo). It now looks like a toilet in a bus station!

There is some yellow adhesive material at its base that we can''t clean up.

They ran a camera down our pipes and told us our pipes are misaligned but they won't show us the video. Still, they want $14,000 to do the repair.

Their truck has a sign on the side looking for help. So it seems they are hiring anybody. And we definitely got a less skilled crew.

Great job installing my new water heater! I had received estimates from three other companies and they were the best and very honest which is HUGE!

We need to replace 30' of our outside drainage pipe. This job included digging an open trench, approx. 4 feet deep to remove the clogged and broken pipe and replacing it with new PVC pipe. We were completely satisfied with all aspects of the job that Zaragoza did for us. Jose came to our house within 2 days of our request for an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and we were able to schedule the work to be done within the next week. Originally Jose said it would be 1 1/2 day job. They showed up with a crew of 4 and finished the work in 6 hours. On top of that after they cleaned up it was as if they had never been there-perfect. I would highly recommend this company!

Excellent service, showed up on time and got our project done. Have used them in the past and will keep using them.
They fixed our main service line and did not charge us for extras that were not needed.

Sink. Sank. sunk. My kitchen sink was being a grinch.

So my kitchen sink betrayed me by clogging so badly I not only plunged it with the sink plunger, poured chemicals guaranteed to work down the drain, I changed my garbage disposal, and bought a snake to then wear my arms out snaking the shit out of this pipe that was relentless,

I failed. Time to call a plumber. A professional.

I was scared because no one has been in my house since we quarantined after voting the primaries.

The person on the phone assured me covid precautions are solid, I can do contactless payment over the phone, and everything would be ok.

The appointment was also fast which I appreciated based on the duration of the clog I failed to mitigate.

Plumber arrived masked, gloved, and shoes in disposable booties. He waved hello and got to work minimizing conversation in the house. He released the stubborn clog with his power snake. I appreciated his bucket and drop cloth set up in case of mess.

After triple confirming the clog was clear he cleaned up after himself waved goodbye and we were dancing in the living room Charlie Brown Christmas style.

I highly recommend for their efficiency\experience, Covid precautions, friendliness, ease of scheduling, and pricing.

Now that the kitchen sink is clear I can get back to the all day quarantine cooking and baking I love doing for my family.

I feel really happy the clog is gone while my home and family remain safe.

I had Zaragoza complete my sewer lateral in May 2023. They were so nice and professional. We needed to go through a neighbors yard too and even my neighbors commented on how great they were. Yard was all cleaned back up. Staff is super nice too. Very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

"Bummer, bummer, I need a plumber...".

After doing the relatively cheap fix on my water heater last fall I knew it was on its last legs. I was only hoping to get an additional year out of it before having to spring for a brand new one, for which the quotes I was receiving were quite over the top.

When my water heater began failing again recently it was less dramatic than last fall. The water was still warm - not hot - giving me the time to shop around for a less ridiculous price on a new water heater. A couple of plumbers came out and assessed the situation and quoted me a price for installing a new water heater. Zaragoza Plumbing's price was $50 less than the other estimate I got and that along with their professionalism was enough to land them the job.

Here's what I liked about Zaragoza Plumbing:

1. I was able to reach a live person on the phone.
2. They were willing to come out, assess the situation, and give me a quote at no cost.
3. When they came out, they came on time and followed up with a written quote via e-mail later that same day.
4. They were able to complete the job soon and up to code.
5. They scheduled the permit inspection for me but allowed that inspection to be done without them being on site. This meant I didn't have to pay for additional man-hours.
6. Were any problems identified in the inspection, causing the heater to fail the permitting process, they would remedy those problems without additional charge. They were essentially guaranteeing that the install would pass the inspection process.

On the day of installation the team from Zaragoza Plumbing came on time, completed the installation, then rang my doorbell and told me I'd have plenty of hot water in a few hours. I did and still do.

I was very pleased with every aspect of service from Zaragoza Plumbing. I never love having to spend $2,150 (50-gallon Bradford White heater purchased, installed, and permitted) but when I must, it goes down a lot easier when things go as smoothly as they did with Zaragoza.

Zaragoza Plumbing has replaced an old natural gas heater with a new electric one. The pricing was one of the most competitive, the installation team was on time, worked efficiently and with good quality. We are pleased with the outcome and would recommend their service. Thank you!

That was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. While unreliable before, I could have forgiven them; but the project manager they sent out to service my tub was beyond belief arrogant and unprofessional. First time was notable but not excessive; today was unforgivable and this company will never get my business.
