Answered my request promptly and professionally. They were able to detail my car the next morning, which was extremely fast service. My car needed a lot of work and carpet stain removal. My Detailer Jonathan did a great job. My car was squeaky clean compared to how dirty it was before. He was fantastic and I highly recommended his work.

I called Zayn's for a detail and expected him to come detail my daughter's Prius in a couple of days while she was away as surprise. The surprise was on me when he told me that he could send someone on that same day. Jonathon arrived at around 4:30pm and was diligently vacuuming dog hair until almost 9:00pm. I got a call and was told that Jonathon will have to come back the next morning with some sort of machine to take care of the urine smell from the dog for a minute extra charge. All said, they did a great job and didn't charge an arm and a leg! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Keep up the good work!!!

He got to our house at 2 and worked(and I mean WORKED) non stop. I gave him some ice water and watermelon, but he was super self sufficient. I checked in 2 times, just to make sure he was okay(because he had been working so long). He is very detailed and did an amazing job. He was scrubbing our mats, then continued detailing everything with extreme care. Our car is older, but in pretty good shape, except for the mess of 3 kids(aka snacks and crumbs all over). He was at our house for over 3 hours and literally was still so chipper. His price is unbeatable and his service is as well.

I highly recommend him for your car detail needs. We will definitely be using him again for our next deep clean :)

Totally Overrated. Do not be influenced by the good ratings!!! I selected this business because the good reviews and fast response. But it turns out totally disappointed. The first disappoint is 45mins late. I am their first customer in the morning scheduled 8am-10am. Then in the morning, they gave me an exact ETA as 9:30am, I went to the spot at 9:30am and then it turns out 45mins late. I was very screwed waiting the whole morning because it was initially scheduled 8am so I woke up early for their ETA message. Then in the morning they gave ETA 9:30am but the person actually arrives 10:16am. No matter what, it is 45mins late.
Second thing is the cleaning itself. I paid $200 + $30 tips for the service. Was expecting a professional car cleaning. I had in store service that cleaned well before. But this time is actually just one man using wipes and spray and vacuum to do basic stuff, which my house cleaning ladies can do a better job for much cheaper price. Think about it, my house cleaning can do very good detail cleaning for a house much larger than the car and much more details and corners to touch up for only $100+. If I knew this car detailing business was basic cleaning like this, I would definitely hire my house cleaning ladies to do the job. If you have a good house cleaning team already, please ask them to do this job, instead of this business.
Third, you really need to spend an hour time to check and redo his car detailing work. After I came back to see how it came out, I spent almost an hour pointing out the details he forgot to clean. The most obvious is that he forgot to clean the fallen leaves on top of the front window edge. While I was checking, I was wiping the same time so it was also almost an hour of my own labor work.
I wrote this review couple months later when I saw another in store car detail cleaning in Santana row for the same price. Hey, it is Santana row, the highest spending area. I would rather go in store next time instead of waiting 45mins and then redo almost an hour work myself. This car detailing business is totally overpriced and overrated.

I would highly recommend Zayn's Mobile Auto Detail for your car washing needs. They're easy to communicate with and guarantee that you're happy with the detail. For the price paid, the level of high customer service and quality of the detail is hard to find (I shopped around for a while before choosing them!).

I also liked that owner is very hands on and takes pride in developing a relationship with his customers. I will be using them regularly!

Zayn's amazingly sent a technician out within hours of my request for same-day car wash/detail service. I had requested other quotes and Zayn's provided an immediate response in addition to patiently responding to all my questions! They offered a new client rate which was very reasonable given the qualtiy of service I experienced.

Diego arrived timely, found the outlets, connections he needed and immediately started his process. He was experienced, trustworthy and provided a very thorough cleaning, given there was dog hair to vacuum up. I was extremely satisfied with the work he did - my car looked brand new! I was looking for a mobile detail in my area and put out a request through Yelp to see what services were around and Zayn's Mobile came to challenge! My Porsche was in dire need of a deep clean and they were very clear and transparent with scheduling, the price and the services provided. I had asked for a full detail both interior and exterior and their tech showed up and handled the whole thing and took his time and paid attention to all the little details. Everything from the exterior trim to the interior carpets and leather were cleaned, shined and left like new. The service was so good I asked to have my second car done next day. Diego has been my technician each time and don't let the fact that they aren't showing up with a big corporate van make you think it's not done right because the work was incredible.
