We got Jay to do a complete Kitchen remodel and couldn't have been happier. Jay gave us a very competitive quote and was very hands on throughout the process. The handymen he employs have a great work ethic. We will definitely work with Jay again in the future.

We wanted to get our garage insulated and dry walled. Jay gave the most reasonable quote and followed it till the end to the T.

Jay and his team did a fantastic job in installing a new electric fireplace, remodeling our kitchen and installing new flooring. Here are some before and after pictures. We are pleased with the due diligence, quality and artisanship. Jay also dealt with the Campbell building department directly on technicalities related to getting permits. My house had an issue within the stairs as it made squeaky noise when we walked on it, and that did annoy people living downstairs.
To fix this problem properly, I reached out lots of contractors and Jay replies promptly, and provided a really competitive quote. He is patient on discussing all the possible solutions for this issue as we did raise lots of questions and concerns before the actual work began.
We then decided the solution we wanted to try and scheduled the date with Jay. His helper arrived on time on that date, and started to work on it immediately. Jay also came later in the afternoon to ensure things were moving on the right track. They are able to eliminate the squeaky noise from my stairs. Both my downstairs neighbor and I are happy and impressed about the works Jay's team has done, and also the final charge is reasonable!

Jay Remodeling was very responsive and did the work very timely, and at a reasonable cost. The work to patch a ceiling was done with quality, you wouldn't know there was ever a hole. And they helped spontaneously lay out the rest of the insulation in the attic. This was work that was originally abandoned by another vendor so we appreciate that they were so quick to help.

We were in desperate need of exhaust fan in guest bathroom since I had my in-laws visiting from abroad. We also wanted to install new automatic bidets and outlets along with a few more minor house repairs. I reached out to few folks for estimates and found Jay remodeling to give me the best value for the money.

It was 1.5 days job and on the first day they sent 2 workers to install the outlets and bidet. Since installing exhaust involved some experience, the master worker said that he would install it himself the next day. Overall they did a great job in installing the outlets in kitchen and bathroom, doing paint touch ups and cleaning the job site once the work was done. They are really easy to deal with and speak English, so it was easier for us to communicate. They were wearing shoe covers and mask all the time.

They not only did a guaranteed professional job but also earned my trust to give them more future work. Thank you guys for helping us and getting this done on time.

I bought a house last summer with one of those old school plastic shower stall in the guest bathroom. It made the space dark and cheap looking but I didn't know how to change it up without doing a whole bathroom renovation. I called around and talked to a few places, Jay was the most responsive and first to show up to take a look. He very quickly suggested knocking down the stall and rebuild the shower space with tiles and glass enclosure. His quote was the most competitive and I felt comfortable going ahead. He then suggested tiles with exact measurement and I ended up spending a lot less than otherwise anticipated. When the crew came for demo and tiling work, he was quick, polite, and left the place spotless when he was done with a completely rebuilt tiled shower space. We then had a little back and forth on the right glass enclosure - Jay ended up getting one I found online but he did all the re-work incl. some tile replacement and re-grouting for no extra cost. All in all the project was right on budget and took about a week without counting the wait time for the glass enclosure. The finished look is elegant, modern, and cheaper than my expectation based on Bay Area renovation horror stories. I would definitely consider Jay again for my future renovations and would recommend him to anyone needing a home improvement job well done.

Needed back splash done for my kitchen. They sent over Alex who did flawless job. He was extremely meticulous with great problem solving skills for difficult areas. 110% satisfied and will definitely come back for future projects!

Nice guys. I needed 2 door frames repaired with new knobs and dead bolts after a break in. They showed up, did what was asked, and for a fair price. I would hire them again.
