We are on a mission to eliminate racism! Our Racial Justice Breakfast is in its 24th year of addressing the most pressing social justice issues. Since 2001, attendees experience discussion of racism’s personal and community-wide effects and hear from keynote speakers who have had a national impact on civil rights. The event celebrates local changemakers with the Racial Justice Awards and provides approved CLEs. Past speakers have included Verna Williams, Dorothy Roberts, Richard Rothstein, Bryan Stevenson and Kimberle’ Crenshaw.

Leveraging insights from our comprehensive National Survey, the YWomenVote National Town Hall provides a nonpartisan forum for the diverse, impactful opinions of young women, girls and nonbinary young people to influence national discourse and shape effective policy solutions as we approach the 2024 Presidential Election.

2024 Career Women of Achievement Luncheon

Now at the Hard Rock Casino for the first time ever, our 45th annual Career Women of Achievement Luncheon is coming this May. This year’s honorees are trailblazers in their fields, each with diverse contributions to our community. We’ll celebrate them while raising funds for life-saving YWCA programs like our Domestic Violence Shelters, which serve nearly 500 adults and children each year with many more on their nightly waitlists.

We’re ready to ignite change and be trailblazers for our collective mission.
