If your scale weighs incorrectly, please kindly try the following:

1. Reset the scale by removing one battery for 5 seconds and reinserting it back into the battery compartment.

2. Step on the scale with one foot until the scale display lights up. Then step off and wait for the screen to display “CAL”.
