    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Nicest work bag!

    I have had different totes and hobos for work. Since I carry a 13” laptop and other tech gadgets like mouse, wires and adapters, cosmetic bags, etc., being able to put them in organized in a compact way is a key. This bag has different options with pouches, so I can get what I had been looking for. I got a big pouch for a laptop and a note, a medium size for hand creams, tea bags and other essentials I carry around and a mini pouch for cosmetics (foundation, lipsticks and a little perfume bottle). I then put a wallet handbag. The bag does not look bulky at all, and it looks very elegant. I saw a woman who has the same bag at the airport and how elegant she looked. I have few luxury brand totes, but this bag looks higher quality. I love the olive color also. I am very happy with the bag.
