Nightly Batch Process
IQCS will automatically examine every record in the database, check data in responders’ records against position criteria and update experience status. Some data entries result in real-time changes to qualifications status. However, others will not take effect until the nightly batch process is complete or when the ‘Show Qual Card Details’ is clicked/run on the Incident Qualifications Card screen.
Nomination Coordinator Role
This IQCS role includes being able to view responder training records, view instructor history, define course sessions, course session enrollment and nomination flow. This position will not be able to edit the responder training record, manage instructor history, or add a non-employee for session management.
See IQCS Role Matrix for specific page access.
Nomination Workflow Process
Responders training nominations are submitted electronically in IQCS which enables the course prioritization at the local, zone, geographic, and/or national levels. Roles with access are Training Officer, Training Coordinator, and Nomination Coordinator.
Non-Employee
