I never thought that with the help of the internet you could achieve such a level of service and maintenance. The cars are in perfect condition. Absolutely all the functions I needed in the car were available and working properly. Rarity. The contract clearly spells out all the terms and conditions and insurance liability. Received quickly and was able to give the car back without any problems. Cool! Very cool!

I had a few problems booking online, but when I rang to sort these out, the lady on the from airport rentals could not have been more helpful and it was fixed
straight away. Which prompted me to book another car for another time. If the Car pick up experience together goes well they will certainly be my go to.

Shuttle arrived very quickly after the initial booking. The whole process of handing over the car was fast and efficient and the return process was also done professionally. The return shuttle again offered quick service which saw me arrive in plenty of time for my flight. Having collected the car initially, I was aware of where to return it so the whole process went smoothly.

Bad experience and unhelpful customer service. Third party booking service that offered a pick up after the rental car office has closed. Ending in me needing to pay extra fees / cancellation / new rental fees on the day etc.

The service was smooth and efficient. I found a good deal amongst the cars offered and was notified within 12 hours that my reservation was successful.

I am an inexperienced car renter but travel to Broome once a year. This time decided to rent a car rather rely on others. Booked through Broome Airport Rentals not realising they are third party to Europcar. Charged insurance and a deposit which I haven’t seen returned yet. Extra cost that I wasn’t made aware of !
At Europcar counter was charged additional costs from original quote ending twice as much as first quoted. When given keys not advised I would need the passcode to get back into airport parking. Also it would be helpful if the customer service officer advised the renter how to open the fuel cap!!!! I understand the fuel cap openers on each car is different BUT how hard is it to train your staff so they can be helpful to customers with these simple but time consuming issues at the petrol station.
I was really excited about having my own car and being independent and this experience with both Broome Airport Rentals and Europcar extremely disappointing.

My first time using Airport Rentals. It was easy to see and compare options. The booking went through quickly and easily. I made a change to an aspect of the booking and Airport Rentals replied promptly and with courtesy. I then received an amended booking summary via email.

The site is easy to use. I have used this site many times and have always been happy with it and I will continue to do so. Good selection of cars and even with Insurance it is still cheaper than other Car Rental companies
