Independence Day falls this year on Thursday, July 4. And communities throughout Los Angeles County are prepping such star-spangled celebrations as carnivals, concerts, parades, picnics and, of course, firework extravaganzas.
Do note the date of events, as not all occur on July 4th. Plus, always confirm with organizers that activities are proceeding as planned.
