The Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills has brought back their opulent Sunday brunch. The brunch, with decadent dishes prepared by Executive Chef Mitch Austin and the Four Season’s culinary team, is served at Culina from 10am to 2pm.

Guests can order traditional breakfast items including made to order omelets, Belgian waffles, sausages, bacon, blintzes and roast potatoes.

Also offered are specialty items including short ribs, branzino and achiote chicken.

Huge displays of seafood including oysters, crab, shrimp and mussels with accompanying sauces are also available as well as a large selection of fresh salads and breads.

The carving section features herb roasted prime rib and leg of lamb and there are also pizzas from the hotel’s special pizza oven including salami, margherita and squash blossom.

Guests can also order menus from the special a la carte menu including tableside tuna crudo, avocado toast, chicken and waffle sliders and brisket tots.

The huge dessert section features freshly made crepes with Nutella or strawberries, chocolate cake, pies, and a wide assortment of petite desserts.

The bar offers signature cocktails including an espresso martini, Bloody Mary, mimosa and their “I Love You So Matcha” margarita.

The Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills Sunday brunch at Culina is located at 300 S. Doheny Drive. Brunch is $149 per person. Reservations at 310.273.2222.
