Harvill Avenue Associates Sign Long Term Tenant

The partnership of the Blumenfeld Development Group (BDG), Cyburt Holdings, LLC and Declaration Partners (Harvill Avenue Associates) announced today that Cypress Medical Products LLC, a Medical Care company, has signed a 7-year lease as the sole tenant at the Harvill Logistics Center in Perris, California.

Located in Riverside County, the construction of the 333, 572 square foot industrial space was completed in 2021 and purchased by the joint venture shortly thereafter. The space will serve as a distribution center for a variety of medical products and equipment, such as latex gloves, surgical kits, transport chairs, walkers in addition to some of Cypress Medical Products private label merchandise. Cypress Medical Products expects to take occupancy of the center on June 1, 2023.
