German Shepherd Puppy Found Tied Up On CT Highway
The puppy was tied up with a prong collar on the side of Route 8 Southbound past Exit 25 in Beacon Falls Sunday night.
BEACON FALLS, CT — Local animal control officials are seeking the public's help in finding the person responsible for abandoning a young German shepherd in Beacon Falls Sunday night.
The puppy was tied up with a prong collar on Route 8 Southbound past Exit 25, according to Woodbridge Regional Animal Control.
"No food nor no water," officials added. "Totally skin and bones."

Officials are urging anyone with information on who is responsible to contact Woodbridge Regional Animal Control at 203-389-5991.
"This pup is not available for adoption at this time while this is an ongoing investigation," they added. "If you know any information you can remain anonymous."
